I would do [name_f]Myra[/name_f]! I think [name_f]Mayra[/name_f] may be pronounced incorrectly.

I would pronounce [name_f]Myra[/name_f] as with the same sound as “eye,” whereas with [name_f]Mayra[/name_f] I would [name_m]Say[/name_m] “May” like the month of [name_f]May[/name_f].

It depends on how you pronounce it. [name_f]Myra[/name_f] I say like the word my, [name_f]Mayra[/name_f] I say like the word may.

I would pronounce those differently so it depends on how you’re saying it. [name_f]Myra[/name_f] would be like the word my, rhymes with eye and [name_f]Mayra[/name_f] would be like the month of [name_f]May[/name_f], rhymes with day.
If you want it said ‘my-ruh’ then [name_f]Myra[/name_f] seems most obvious and intuitive. They’re also two different names. [name_f]Myra[/name_f] is Greek, [name_f]Mayra[/name_f] is a variant of [name_u]Maria[/name_u], so again, it depends what you’re going for here
