He was heavily bullied in school for wearing make-up, dyeing his hair and wearing nail polish , yet the school administration did nothing to help him. His parents also initially were not supportive of his style or the fact that he was bisexual., but his mother eventually came around to it after he brought home his first and so far only boyfriend, [name_m]Ethan[/name_m] , with whom he broke up when they were both 17 on very amicable terms. His father and stepmom still delude themselves into thinking it’s “just a phase” and tell him that on several occassions, more often now that he has [name_f]Charli[/name_f] as a partner.
Initially they were not even friends , just acquaintances , but it blossomed into something more after [name_m]Linus[/name_m] went to [name_f]Charli[/name_f] 's 18th birthday party and they had a deep conversation about life, their plans for the future and the uncertainty that being a young adult. [name_f]Charli[/name_f] used her ability to read people in order to get closer to [name_m]Linus[/name_m] and he admired her poetic, eloquent way of voicing her thoughts. They’ve been going strong ever since then, their relationship will hit the 2nd Anniversary on [name_f]April[/name_f] 17th.
[name_m]Linus[/name_m] knows about [name_u]Holly[/name_u] and supports the friendship between his girlfriend and her the best he can. He even reached out to her so [name_u]Holly[/name_u] could help him write a romantic poem for the anniversary. [name_m]Linus[/name_m] also knows about [name_u]Holly[/name_u] 's plans to get away , but is also aware that she has no funds to travel, really. He contacted his ex’s [name_m]Ethan[/name_m] 's nerdy friend , [name_m]Adam[/name_m] , who can potentially get [name_u]Holly[/name_u] , [name_f]Charli[/name_f] and [name_m]Linus[/name_m] into a Dungeons & Dragons Discord group , where the young people could escape the not-so-exciting reality of [name_f]Wyoming[/name_f] and immerse themselves into the world of roleplay fantasy adventures.
