New Create a Family With a Twist

Concepcion Inocencia Teresa “ Coco “ Gonzalez-Lemont (18) grew up on the same street as Audrey and Emeline, and is now dating Audrey’s twin brother. She’s not the next door neighbor between Emeline and Audrey’s childhood homes, she’s only Audrey’s old next door neighbor (how many of you lost brain cells reading that? I know I lost some while writing that). She started dating him pre-transition, as she’s pan and loves all people, but she stuck with him through thick and thin. Here’s the catch though- they have to hide it from Coco’s parents, because they still talk to the Bouvier family as they live next door to each other and attend the same church. Coco’s parents weren’t as strict as Audrey’s but still, they were unfair to her- making her wear long dresses in summertime and itchy sweaters to cover her and shield her from the eyes of predatory men- because apparently a t-shirt is too revealing for a three-year-old. She formed a friendship with Audrey and her twin brother, and they all bonded over hating skirts and frilly dresses, though Audrey’s twin obviously hated them the most. Emeline’s parents weren’t as extreme as all of their parents, but she still sympathized with them.

Coco came from a family of five people, which includes herself- they all had to share a room, which sucked because three of them were boys. Coco’s dad was born and raised in the same Parisian suburb as Coco, while her mom was from Barcelona, in Spain. As a result, the kids grew up speaking in Spanish and French, and Coco taught some swears to the Bouvier children that their parents couldn’t understand. Eventually though, they caught on. When Audrey took up acting, Coco was really proud of her, and so was Emeline. They thought she did a great job as Maleficent- Coco was actually also in the play, but she played a gender-neutral gnome so nobody really needed to worry about her being too revealing for a stage. Coco still loves acting and sometimes participates in plays at the community theater, but she’s not nearly as good as Audrey is which she tells her all the time.

Coco has met Audrey’s son, her “ little ray of sunshine,” and she agrees he’s a very cute baby. Coco didn’t get pregnant despite fooling around from a young age- at 14, when she found an ominous little red spot (iykyk), since the school didn’t tell girls about that stuff she did her own research and decided to go on the pill. She offered money to Audrey to do the same but she declined, thinking she wouldn’t get pregnant as their school taught them nothing about that stuff. Audrey’s twin brother warned her not to do that sort of thing but she said no and wound up pregnant. Coco and her boyfriend (Audrey’s twin) are deep down glad it happened because they get a cute little nephew who’s really sweet, but wish Audrey could’ve had him under better circumstances and with a nice loving person.

Coco doesn’t work for Labossiere Perfumes but she suspects that Audrey is doing something with Armand, and she’s tried to warn her to stop, but Audrey gave her a look and started crying hysterically. “ Are you attacking me? “ she pleaded, on her knees. Coco scoffed at her- she loves Audrey but this has happened way too many times and she needs to be more mature about this sort of thing- “save it for the stage.” Audrey’s twin agrees and says she should definitely act, but she should get another job as Armand’s toxic work environment hasn’t rubbed off on Audrey well, and she doesnt truly love Felix enough to stop cheating on him so she should stop leading him on. But Audrey will always just storm off saying “you don’t get it!” Coco’s really tired and bored, having to make Audrey cooperate isn’t a fun job after all….
