Yesterday I had all but given up on names. But with some suggestions and encouragement from you guys Im back on again. And with several new names in the mix!
On my list now: [name]Landry[/name], [name]Dempsey[/name], [name]Willa[/name], [name]Sunday[/name], [name]Stella[/name], [name]Mercer[/name], [name]Harper[/name], [name]Monroe[/name], Gracyn, [name]Darby[/name] (dont love), [name]Dylan[/name] (dont love), and [name]Tenley[/name].
Currently liking [name]Dempsey[/name] “[name]Demi[/name]” [name]Kate[/name]
And [name]Willa[/name] [name]Lace[/name]- or [name]Willa[/name] Laycie
MN I like are Laycie and [name]Kate[/name] (obviously haha) But Im open to suggestions.
From my options above are there any favorites that stick out to you or other options that these make you think of?
[name]Willa[/name], [name]Stella[/name], and [name]Harper[/name] are definitely standouts on the list. Although rising in popularity, they’ve got a more classic feeling than the others. [name]Harper[/name] [name]Lee[/name] is a nice literary connection.
I wonder if you like Laycie and [name]Mercer[/name], perhaps you’d like [name]Mercy[/name]? [name]Mercer[/name] is very masculine to me, probably because of [name]Merce[/name] Cunningham, but I really like [name]Mercy[/name] for a girl. It’s also got a better meaning- [name]Mercer[/name] means “merchant.”
I like [name]Kate[/name] as a middle name, and [name]Lacey[/name] is alright but only when spelled [name]Lacey[/name]. I don’t like Laycie. I also like [name]Demi[/name] as a nickname, but I’m not really a fan of [name]Dempsey[/name]. “Demp” kind of reminds me of “dump.”
I wrote a response in your other thread as well:) I like [name]Willa[/name] [name]Lace[/name] a lot, and [name]Willa[/name] [name]Kate[/name] would be sweet too. From your list, my favourites are [name]Willa[/name], [name]Sunday[/name], and [name]Stella[/name]. [name]Willa[/name] [name]Monroe[/name] would be awesome [name]IMO[/name], as would [name]Stella[/name] [name]Harper[/name] I just discovered that I really like unisex names as middle names for some reason, lol. I hope you get some new great suggestions!
Glad you’re feeling better! I didn’t comment on your last post, but I have a name crush on Sunday! I love month/seasonal names like Winter, November, September, and December, and Sunday seems like the only day name that I could use. I don’t have the guts to use them though so I admire that and hope you use it! It’s great on it’s own but you can also give her the nickname Sunny! Aww. I also like the international variations, Domenica, Domingo and Dominic (for a boy). Willa is a popular name on nameberry but I don’t like it at all. Same with Gracen. I love Grace though.
Some of the other names are too masculine for my taste, but I think Harper, Darby, and Tenley would work for girls :). I met a little girl named Tinsley the other day and another named Kenslie and I thought it was cute - I love Kenslie for some reason! Tenley seems related to those. When I think of Harper I think of Selena Gomez, so that gives it a feminine sound to me, and Darby is cute! I actually really like it on a girl or boy! As a pride and predj fan, I think of Derbyshire and therefore love the name even more! Haha.
Stella is the most feminine of your choices and I also love it!
Dempsey makes me think of the frozen yoghurt place close to my house but that’s not a bad thing! I think Dempsey’s not bad, but if you’re using it to get to Demi, you should just use Demi, I think it works fine on it’s own.
Oh and as a middle name, I love Kate! I don’t like Laycie. I guess our tastes are a little different but I hope I could help either way!

I like [name]Sunday[/name] [name]Monroe[/name]. It has a nice flow to it, even though I like the name [name]Kate[/name] better than [name]Monroe[/name].
Sorry, but [name]Dempsey[/name] reminds me of dumpy. I think this name has too much teasing potential. Have you considered using just plain [name]Demi[/name]? You might also like [name]Delaney[/name]. I feel that would probably fit your style.
I love [name]Willa[/name] [name]Lace[/name], I think it feels the most original. [name]Sunday[/name] [name]Kate[/name] and [name]Sunday[/name] [name]Monroe[/name] feel just a little bit celebrity-inspired to me (sorry!). I do like [name]Sunday[/name] though. Also, what’s happened to [name]Landry[/name] [name]Kate[/name]? I’m kind of sad to see that one go.
From the boys list my favourite is [name]Knox[/name] [name]Ryder[/name].
[name]Willa[/name] is the sole standout for me, though I really don’t like the flow of [name]Willa[/name] [name]Lace[/name] - way too L-heavy! [name]Sunday[/name] and [name]Harper[/name] aren’t too bad.
