New Girl Combos

I’ve always had such a hard time with girls names and have avoided trying to create middle name combinations. Now that we are talking TTC, they are pouring out of me! What do you think of:

[name_f]Petra[/name_f] [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] [name_f]Sabine[/name_f]
[name_f]Cornelia[/name_f] [name_f]Cressida[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f]
[name_f]Fiona[/name_f] [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f]
[name_f]Dahlia[/name_f] [name_f]Endellion[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f]
[name_f]Cecily[/name_f] [name_f]Octavia[/name_f] [name_f]Delphine[/name_f]

Last name sounds like “runny” but ends with an E.

I’m open to your additions!

You’ve created a great rhythmic flow, but I also think you can sacrifice some of that strict rhythm for more style.

Each individual name you’ve chosen is extremely beautiful! It wouldn’t be easy for me to combine them, and you’ve done a great job.

[name_f]Petra[/name_f] [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] [name_f]Sabine[/name_f] - I don’t like all the ‘s’ sounds in the middle names. [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] seems like an old-fashioned English name, while the other names seem modern and more European or Eastern.
[name_f]Cornelia[/name_f] [name_f]Cressida[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] - I really like the style and sound of the alliteration. It does strike me as slightly eccentric though.
[name_f]Fiona[/name_f] [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] - [name_f]Fiona[/name_f] and [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] both have ‘f’ and ‘o’ sounds. The slur together and sound garbled. It looks beautiful on the age, though.
[name_f]Dahlia[/name_f] [name_f]Endellion[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] - [name_f]Dahlia[/name_f] and [name_f]Endellion[/name_f] share too many of the same sounds, too many 'L’s overall.
[name_f]Cecily[/name_f] [name_f]Octavia[/name_f] [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] - very beautiful and romantic. My favourite. [name_m]Even[/name_m] so, [name_f]Octavia[/name_f] and [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] slightly overpower [name_f]Cecily[/name_f].

The name [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] stands out as being too soft and anglo-centric to go with bold and exotic-sounding names like [name_f]Petra[/name_f], [name_f]Sabine[/name_f], and [name_f]Octavia[/name_f]. It’s also the only name you have that ends in the ‘ee’ sound. For these reasons, I prefer [name_f]Celeste[/name_f]. [name_f]Cornelia[/name_f] is the most aristocratic, but also the most eccentric. You seem to like the ‘f’ sound, which is very soft, so I’d try not to use two ‘f’ names in a row. [name_f]Louise[/name_f], while beautiful, doesn’t seem to be as romantic or intriguing as the other names.

Oh, these are so lovely!
What I might do is switch around some of the MN orders:

[name_f]Cornelia[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] [name_f]Cressida[/name_f] (avoiding the repetition in the ending)
[name_f]Dahlia[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] [name_f]Endellion[/name_f]
[name_f]Fiona[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f]

[name_f]Cecily[/name_f] has always been one of my favorite names! I like the idea of swapping around your first listed name as [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] [name_f]Petra[/name_f] [name_f]Sabine[/name_f]!

Thanks ladies! I do like alliteration and sound repetition that you see in some of these combos. It can be hard when using two middle names, like with [name_f]Dahlia[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] [name_f]Endellion[/name_f] and [name_f]Fiona[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f]–I like them reversed this way too, but then I have to think about adding the last name and getting the rhythm right!

Any suggestions of names to add/change?
