New Girls List... :/

As some of you may know, I very well thought I had my names picked out. The perfect ones! Or so I thought. After mulling them over for about a month, they just didn’t click. I love the way [name]Caroline[/name] sounds, I love it in basically every way, it just doesn’t feel…right.

I’m keeping the MN [name]Snow[/name], it does feel very right, but that leaves me with no FN. I’m not pressed for time (yet) I would just really like to have a name picked out already. That way, I won’t get in a rush during the last weeks of pregnancy. It’d take a lot of stress off!

I threw out my old list of girl’s names, and making a new one!

I really wish I could use such beautiful names as [name]Aoife[/name] and [name]Saoirse[/name] as FNs, but I’m 100% sure that pronunciation would be an issue where I live. No one would know how to say them. Also, I much prefer the spelling of [name]Aoife[/name] to the spelling of [name]Eva[/name]. So. I’m asking for your help once again berries.

If it’s not right it’s not right! Not sure of your style, but here are some thoughts w/ [name]Snow[/name]…

Avielle [name]Snow[/name] (I met a little girl named Avielle recently and I love it! [name]Ava[/name], [name]Vi[/name], [name]Ellie[/name] options for nns)
[name]Aviva[/name] [name]Snow[/name] ([name]Vivi[/name] or [name]Ava[/name]!)
[name]Camilla[/name] [name]Snow[/name] (Gorg)
[name]Calliope[/name] [name]Snow[/name] (Pretty!)
[name]Chantilly[/name] [name]Snow[/name] (Nms, but [name]Tilly[/name] and [name]Charlie[/name] would be cute nns)
[name]Cecily[/name] [name]Snow[/name] (I like the repeated sound in this case for some reason)
[name]Cassandra[/name] [name]Snow[/name]
[name]Sabina[/name] [name]Snow[/name]
[name]Shaina[/name] [name]Snow[/name]
[name]Sylvia[/name] [name]Snow[/name]

Seeing as you currently like the name [name]Caroline[/name], even though you wish to keep the middle name [name]Snow[/name], how about [name]Caroline[/name] [name]Neve[/name]? [name]Neve[/name] means “snow” in Latin.

Other FN suggestions:

[name]Coraline[/name] [name]Snow[/name]

[name]Aislinn[/name] [name]Snow[/name]

[name]Cornelia[/name] [name]Snow[/name]

[name]Ava[/name] [name]Snow[/name]

I love the mn [name]Snow[/name]!
I will just take a shot with suggestions

[name]Nicolette[/name] [name]Snow[/name]
[name]Isadora[/name] [name]Snow[/name]
[name]Gwendolen[/name] [name]Snow[/name]
[name]Madeline[/name] [name]Snow[/name]
[name]Isaline[/name] [name]Snow[/name]
[name]Eliana[/name] [name]Snow[/name]

[name]Elianna[/name], [name]Madeline[/name], [name]Aislinn[/name], and [name]Chantilly[/name] are great! Thanks :] I don’t have a particular style, I’m just hoping something will click, and I’ll be like “That’s the one!” [name]Aislinn[/name] has potential pronunciation issues though. I’ve got a solution I think!
I’m thinking since I want something Irish to go with snow, why not have two MNs? That seems to be an accepted trend lately. ____ [name]Aoife[/name] [name]Snow[/name], or something like that. No one will HAVE to know how to pronounce one of her MNs.

Two middle names is a great idea. [name]Aoife[/name] is very pretty, pronounced slightly different than [name]Eva[/name]. Sticking with the Irish theme, here are a few that are recognized in the states, assuming that’s where you are.
[name]Maeve[/name]- [name]One[/name] of my favorites!

Ohhh, I love [name]Caroline[/name]! [name]Caroline[/name] [name]Snow[/name] is both classic and whimsical at the same time. I had feelings of my little girl’s name not being right, but I think that is normal. If you really dont want it, I love the suggestions of:

I love [name]Roisin[/name]! [name]Charlotte[/name], [name]Fiona[/name], [name]Coral[/name], and [name]Cornelia[/name] are my other favorites from these lists. Especially [name]Charlotte[/name]. But our last name is Hitt so would her name look too T heavy with four of them in there? [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Aoife[/name] [name]Snow[/name] Hitt…

For the love of God, will somebody explain how you pronounce [name]Aoife[/name] and [name]Saoirse[/name]!! I’ve always wondered! I am no good at figuring out how to pronounce Irish names (my grandmother was full blooded Irish, but with a very modern [name]Jane[/name] [name]Kathleen[/name] name, which is my name also and now it’s just old fashioned) and they look so interesting. Like I would have pronounced [name]Aoife[/name] as “A-O-[name]Fee[/name]” and instead it’s something like [name]Eva[/name].

But I would like to take a moment and agree that you could quite easily do a double middle name, as it would perfectly suit your purposes. I would like to know how to pronounce those names properly before giving a suggestions though!

I think its Seer-sha and Ee-fa.

[name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Aoife[/name] [name]Snow[/name] Hitt is stunning! I don’t think its too “t” heavy at all. I think it is a very gorgeous name.
Gigigibbons, saoirse is pronounced seer-sha, and aoife is pronounced ee-fuh, though some people say ee-fee.

[name]Charlotte[/name] Hitt does have a lot of T’s, but I don’t think it’s a deal breaker. I like the previous suggestion of [name]Cornelia[/name] for you, too.

Thanks everyone! Gosh, I’ve got to think. lol

Avielle [name]Snow[/name] sounds lovely to me

[name]Ariella[/name] / [name]Arabella[/name] / [name]Annabella[/name] [name]Snow[/name]?

Mommy to 4 beautiful little girlies!!!
