New here - Sibling for Benjamin

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] everyone! My husband and I have just started the search for a sibling name for our son, [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m]. I’m expecting a girl in [name_u]January[/name_u], and I’d love to have more than two name choices to give to my husband to narrow down.

Our son’s name is [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] [name_m]Robert[/name_m] [name_m]Martin[/name_m] (middle names are both of his grandfathers’ first names). [name_u]Baby[/name_u]'s last name ends with an “a”, so I’m trying very hard to stay away from first names that end the same way.

The two names I have already are [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] and [name_f]Claire[/name_f]. Middle names are not set in stone, but I’d like to go with both grandmas’ names ([name_f]Brigitte[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]) since this will most likely be our last child.

I love [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m]. My first thought was [name_f]Lila[/name_f], but that breaks your ends in -a rule…

My beautiful baby girl ended up being born 5 weeks early! Our final three were [name_f]Caroline[/name_f], [name_f]Abigail[/name_f], and [name_f]Claire[/name_f]. I left the choice to my husband as I was rushed into the OR for a crash C-section. He was able to hold her shortly before she went to the NICU, and later told me that she just looked like a [name_f]Claire[/name_f]. She is now almost 10 months old, and such a bright light in our lives. Lives up to the meaning of her name for sure!
