[name]Elizabeth[/name]- Name of my best friend but I like it for other reasons… Too weird? Should we stick with [name]Eliza[/name]?
[name]Margaret[/name] “[name]Maggie[/name]”- I’ve been toying with the idea of [name]Margaret[/name]- It honors my grandma, [name]Peggy[/name], and she would be [name]Margaret[/name] [name]Corinne[/name] so that would honor my grandma and my mom. Also, I have a best friend I’ve known who’s very dear to me named [name]Megan[/name].
[name]Eliza[/name]- We had this before [name]Elizabeth[/name], but it doesn’t hold as much substance as our other choices.
[name]Amelia[/name]- A more uncommon classic but still not as substantial and classic as [name]Eleanor[/name], [name]Elizabeth[/name], and [name]Margaret[/name].
We have a son, [name]William[/name] [name]Joseph[/name], who goes by [name]Will[/name] & [name]William[/name]. Which do you think is most fitting? Middle name will be [name]Corinne[/name] and last name is [name]Hunter[/name].
[name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Corinne[/name] sounds very interesting. My name it [name]Corinne[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] so it’s cool to see that it works in reverse. Also… funny coincidence, I have a brother named [name]William[/name].
I also [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Maggie[/name] as a nick name for [name]Margaret[/name], it’s so sweet. [name]Margaret[/name] [name]Corinne[/name] sounds very elegant.
[name]Margaret[/name] [name]Corinne[/name] is wonderful, and [name]Maggie[/name] is absolutely adorable for a little girl! Second fave is [name]Elizabeth[/name]. I’m not crazy about [name]Eleanor[/name].
[name]Margaret[/name] [name]Corinne[/name] - seems like a homerun on honoring important family members, ticking the great nickname box, and sounding good with the middle and last name. [name]Maggie[/name] is sweet, but [name]Meg[/name], [name]Margo[/name], [name]Greta[/name], [name]Maret[/name], etc. are all out there if she grows up and wants to experiment with other nicknames
[name]Amelia[/name] [name]Corinne[/name] - I think it holds its own as a classic. I think its airiness doesn’t imply a lack of substance. The combination is beautiful!
[name]Eliza[/name] [name]Corinne[/name] - I am a sucker for [name]Eliza[/name]. I don’t think it lacks substance, either, but instead feels like the spunkier, fun cousin of [name]Elizabeth[/name]. I love how it sounds with the middle and last.
[name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Corinne[/name] - I feel like this name is quite long and doesn’t flow as well. I love all the nickname options of [name]Elizabeth[/name], though. I think that your friend would probably be delighted if you let her know that you love her name and would like to use it for the baby.
[name]Eleanor[/name] [name]Corinne[/name] - This is the only one I don’t care for: not because I dislike the name (I love [name]Eleanor[/name]), but because I think the combo sounds awkward. The -or/-er endings of [name]Eleanor[/name] [name]Hunter[/name] sound clunky and redundant, and [name]Eleanor[/name] [name]Corinne[/name] [name]Hunter[/name] sounds kind of heavy and R heavy to me. Sorry.
[name]William[/name] is a gorgeous, traditional, classic name and needs a similarly named sister. I vote for [name]Elizabeth[/name] or [name]Eleanor[/name]. [name]Both[/name] sound good with [name]Corinne[/name]. I prefer [name]Elizabeth[/name]. You could call her [name]Eliza[/name] for short. I think all your options work ok but those two are my fave. I also like:
[name]Eliza[/name] [name]Corinne[/name] is beautiful. I think [name]Eliza[/name] has just as much substance as your other choices, personally. The short and sweetness of it lets [name]Corinne[/name] shine, too. [name]Will[/name] and [name]Eliza[/name] is a darling sib-set. I love the other names you’ve listed, but none seem to go as well with [name]Corinne[/name] as [name]Eliza[/name] does.
