So me and hubby are having triplets! (We do not know the genders yet!) And we decided we need to restart with the girls names because they are harder for us to commit to

So here is our new list that we need opinions on:

Congrats on your triplets! [name]How[/name] wonderful!

[name]Bellamy[/name]-- i like it, freshest among the Bellas.
[name]Seren[/name] (Pronounced Sair-[name]Ren[/name])–It’s ok, not too feminine.
[name]Briallen[/name] (Pronounced [name]Bree[/name]-[name]Allen[/name])–looks trendy.
[name]Suki[/name]-- SO cute! really like.
[name]Bethany[/name]–a little dated but sweet.
[name]Lorelei[/name]–nice
[name]Rue[/name]–not a first, sorry. Seems to Hunger-Gamey.
[name]Tallulah[/name]-- Wonderful! Feminine and cool.
[name]Layla[/name]–Nice!

I really like all of your middle choices.

Fav combos:

[name]Bellamy[/name] [name]Starling[/name]

[name]Tallulah[/name] [name]Daphne[/name]
[name]Suki[/name] [name]Catalina[/name]
[name]Lorelei[/name] [name]Azalea[/name]

perfect girl triplets (imho): [name]Tallulah[/name] [name]Daphne[/name], [name]Lorelei[/name] [name]Azalea[/name], [name]Suki[/name] [name]Catalina[/name]

good luck!!

Congratulations!

[name]Bellamy[/name] - [name]LOVE[/name], just gorgeous
[name]Seren[/name] - looks and feels masculine
[name]Briallen[/name] - I like it, but it feels a touch pretentious and too me it is too close to [name]Bellamy[/name] to use together and I vastly prefer [name]Bellamy[/name]
[name]Suki[/name] - NMS!
[name]Bethany[/name] - [name]LOVE[/name]!!
[name]Lorelei[/name] - [name]LOVE[/name]! SO soft and feminine
[name]Rue[/name] - NMS better as an MN
[name]Tallulah[/name] - [name]LOVE[/name]!
[name]Layla[/name] - Prefer [name]Lorelei[/name] but still nice

My vote goes too [name]Bellamy[/name], [name]Lorelei[/name] and [name]Tallulah[/name]

Combos I think would be nice
[name]Bellamy[/name] [name]Genevieve[/name]
[name]Bellamy[/name] [name]Cassandra[/name]
[name]Bellamy[/name] [name]Josephine[/name]
[name]Lorelei[/name] [name]Daphne[/name]
[name]Lorelei[/name] [name]Catalina[/name]
[name]Lorelei[/name] [name]Echo[/name] (not really an [name]Echo[/name] fan but I think it works here :))
[name]Tallulah[/name] [name]Josephine[/name]
[name]Tallulah[/name] [name]Genevieve[/name]
[name]Tallulah[/name] [name]Starling[/name]

^ Second this! I’d also pick [name]Bellamy[/name], [name]Lorelei[/name] and [name]Tallulah[/name]. [name]How[/name] about [name]Bellamy[/name] [name]Josephine[/name], [name]Lorelei[/name] [name]Daphne[/name] and [name]Tallulah[/name] [name]Genevieve[/name]?

[name]Bellamy[/name], [name]Tallulah[/name] and [name]Lorelei[/name] get my vote. Middle ideas would be [name]Bellamy[/name] [name]Genevieve[/name], [name]Tallulah[/name] [name]Daphne[/name] and [name]Lorelei[/name] [name]Rue[/name].

Congratulations on your triplets!

I like [name]Seren[/name], [name]Bethany[/name], and [name]Rue[/name] the best, I think. For combos, I really like [name]Seren[/name] [name]Isabella[/name], [name]Bethany[/name] [name]Genevieve[/name], and [name]Rue[/name] [name]Daphne[/name] (or [name]Daphne[/name] [name]Rue[/name]–I love [name]Daphne[/name] [name]Rue[/name]!). Or [name]Seren[/name] [name]Genevieve[/name], [name]Bethany[/name] [name]Isabella[/name], and [name]Rue[/name] [name]Daphne[/name]. Or [name]Seren[/name] [name]Daphne[/name], [name]Rue[/name] [name]Isabella[/name], and [name]Bethany[/name] [name]Genevieve[/name]. haha. I really like [name]Genevieve[/name], [name]Isabella[/name], and [name]Daphne[/name] the best for MNs.

Good luck!

Thanks guys! Great suggestions!! I’ll take most of these and show them to hubby!

Congrats on your triplets, how exciting!

[name]Bellamy[/name] - quite like this, but to me it’s sounding a bit like a surname - like [name]Bel[/name]-lam-mee - wheras I want to imagine it as [name]Bell[/name]-a-mie and it’s not quite happening
[name]Seren[/name] - love this name, like it much more than the trendier [name]Serena[/name]. Very popular in [name]Wales[/name]
[name]Briallen[/name] - not a fan of this sorry, sounds made up.
[name]Suki[/name] - very sweet
[name]Bethany[/name] - really like this, am currently trying to decide whether it’s still too popular for me, think my husband would agree straightaway if I said lets use [name]Bethany[/name] then!
[name]Lorelei[/name] - really like this too
[name]Rue[/name]- more of a boys name I think, makes me think of the longer form of [name]Rueben[/name] - which is nice, but on a boy lol
[name]Tallulah[/name] - not very keen, think it’s a bit pretentious
[name]Layla[/name] - not keen either, too trendy for me

Middle Names:

[name]Genevieve[/name] - [name]LOVE[/name] [name]LOVE[/name] [name]LOVE[/name]!
[name]Echo[/name]- hmmm not sure
[name]Azalea[/name] - pretty
[name]Cassandra[/name] - nice
[name]Daphne[/name] - very nice
[name]Catalina[/name] - nice, though makes me think of a boat for some reason?
[name]Starling[/name] - hmm not a fan of starling since a starling recently fell down our chimney and really freaked us out haha
[name]Thessaly[/name] - [name]LOVE[/name] this, keep coming back to this myself
[name]Lilibeth[/name] - Very pretty, and a nice diff take on [name]Lily[/name] and [name]Beth[/name] both of which I really like
[name]Rue[/name] (We like it for both a middle or first name)
[name]Josephine[/name] - nice and classic
[name]Isabella[/name] - pretty

@beccalm- Thank you! :slight_smile:

[name]Bellamy[/name] - [name]Love[/name] it.
[name]Seren[/name] (Pronounced Sair-[name]Ren[/name]) - I prefer [name]Serena[/name]. [name]Seren[/name] looks like it’s missing something.
[name]Briallen[/name] (Pronounced [name]Bree[/name]-[name]Allen[/name]) - No… Made-up names are never good. Sorry.
[name]Suki[/name] - It’s cute, but it seems too informal to put on a birth certificate, in my opinion.
[name]Bethany[/name] - It’s alright.
[name]Lorelei[/name] - It’s alright, nothing special.
[name]Rue[/name] - Not a fan of the meaning, but it’s cute. Sure it’s not too Hunger Games-y for you?
[name]Tallulah[/name] - [name]Love[/name] it!
[name]Layla[/name] - Not a fan. All names like that – [name]Leila[/name], [name]Lila[/name], [name]Lola[/name], etc. – are so forgettable because there are so many variations of it.

Middle Names:

[name]Genevieve[/name] - [name]Love[/name].
[name]Echo[/name] - Interesting!
[name]Azalea[/name] - [name]Love[/name].
[name]Cassandra[/name] - [name]Love[/name].
[name]Daphne[/name] - [name]Love[/name].
[name]Catalina[/name] - [name]Love[/name].
[name]Starling[/name] - Interesting!
[name]Thessaly[/name] - Interesting!
[name]Lilibeth[/name] - It’s alright. I prefer [name]Lilith[/name].
[name]Rue[/name] (We like it for both a middle or first name) - Cute.
[name]Josephine[/name] - Pretty.
[name]Isabella[/name] - Pretty.

[name]How[/name]'s [name]Bellamy[/name] [name]Rue[/name]?

I have to be honest, I do not care for your first name list. the ones I like are:

[name]Daphne[/name]-my favorite
[name]Lilibeth[/name]
[name]Josephine[/name]
[name]Genevieve[/name]
[name]Lorelei[/name]

I love [name]Seren[/name]!! I also really like [name]Rue[/name], [name]Tallulah[/name], [name]Lorelei[/name] and [name]Bellamy[/name] from your first name list.

For sisters I think [name]Seren[/name], [name]Lorelei[/name] & [name]Rue[/name] would be gorgeous but I prefer [name]Ruby[/name] nn [name]Rue[/name]. I think [name]Seren[/name], Lorlei & [name]Ruby[/name] would be perfect!

The names seem very mismatched…
[name]Briallen[/name] - trendy and masculine
[name]Bellamy[/name] - Last name, therefore masculine and appears a little trendy
[name]Seren[/name] - Welsh gem
[name]Rue[/name] - Nicknamey
[name]Bethany[/name] - Childish and somewhat dated
[name]Tallulah[/name] - Very frilly and over the top
[name]Lorelei[/name] - Uncommon choice

I’m finding it really hard to but them together in combo’s!!!

In terms of combo’s I like…
[name]Tallulah[/name] [name]Josephine[/name]
[name]Rue[/name] [name]Cassandra[/name]
[name]Seren[/name] [name]Isabella[/name]
[name]Lorelei[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] / [name]Lorelei[/name] [name]Isabella[/name]

I love [name]Daphne[/name] from your middle name list, would you not use it as a first name?

[name]Daphne[/name], [name]Lorelei[/name] & [name]Seren[/name] would be stunning and by far my favourite!

Maybe [name]Daphne[/name] [name]Tallulah[/name], [name]Lorelei[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] & [name]Seren[/name] [name]Isabella[/name]… [name]Love[/name] this!!!

[name]Bellamy[/name] - I think this is really pretty! It’s very feminine without being “girly,” I like it.
[name]Seren[/name] - This is pretty, but something about the ‘air’ in it is putting me off.
[name]Briallen[/name] - I think this sounds like a hyphenated ln, and people will try to prn it [name]Bria[/name]-lyn
[name]Suki[/name] - I think it’s cute! I don’t know if it’s great as a proper name on someone who isn’t asian though, and even that is pushing it.
[name]Bethany[/name] - Feels dated. Definitely nms.
[name]Lorelei[/name] - Not really a fan, it sounds like lore a lie, which isn’t so great.
[name]Rue[/name] - I’ve always thought this would be a really cute name, even before the hunger games, but I’m not so sure about the meaning.
[name]Tallulah[/name] - Frilly for my taste, and it’s becoming a little trendy.
[name]Layla[/name] - Meh.

Middle Names:

[name]Genevieve[/name] - Frilly for my taste, and a tad dated. Though just a tad.
[name]Echo[/name] - I love this name! If feels hard to use because of the noun, but since it’s really a greek mythos I think it’s fine. It might be hard to find a mate for it, though.
[name]Azalea[/name] - A nice unusual nature name, I love it! I like the unique spelling and sound it has, while still being grounded by being a flower. I think it’s beautiful.
[name]Cassandra[/name] - Meh. It’s plain, boring, imo.
[name]Daphne[/name] - I have this weird aversion to this name. I think it looks weird too.
[name]Catalina[/name] - Feels a little hispanic, but I don’t know your ethnicity. I think it’s a little common too.
[name]Starling[/name] - I think this is a beautiful name for the mn spot. I like how it’s both a bird and it has the star in it. I love it!
[name]Thessaly[/name] - I’m assuming [name]Tess[/name]-uh-lee? I’m not so much a fan, I feel like [name]Tess[/name] is dated, and I’m not a fan of many -aly/alie names.
[name]Lilibeth[/name] - [name]Beth[/name] is really dated and [name]Lili[/name] just seems ‘meh’ to me. Put it together it sounds like a cheesy princess from the 90s.
[name]Rue[/name] - Still cute, and way more usable in the mn spot.
[name]Josephine[/name] - A little common for my taste, and I feel like [name]Jo[/name] is dated. I could get on board if you had a edgier nn, though.
[name]Isabella[/name] - [name]Way[/name] too popular, imo, and I never liked it in the first place.

Best of luck!

I do like some of your names, but like pp, I’m having a hard time making the fit together.

[name]Bellamy[/name] and [name]Rooney[/name] could work in a sibset ([name]Bell[/name] and [name]Rue[/name]), as these are more unisex/surnamey. Maybe to that you could add [name]Seren[/name] as that sounds like it could be unisex as well (this is the first time I’ve seen that name).

Then names like [name]Lorelie[/name], [name]Tallulah[/name] and [name]Layla[/name] sound frilly and ultra fem to me but are all cute. Although that’s a lot of L sound so you probably could only use one of these (possibly 2) in the set.

[name]Briallen[/name] seems made up to me. There are tons of other [name]Bri[/name]-names that I like better.

I don’t really understand the [name]Suki[/name] trend (is this short for something else?).

And while [name]Bethany[/name] is one of my favorites, it sort of stands out as the odd ball in this group.

Maybe if you used one or two with a variation of another, like:

[name]Bethany[/name], [name]Laurel[/name], and [name]Ruby[/name]
[name]Bria[/name], [name]Layla[/name], and [name]Talia[/name]
[name]Tallulah[/name], [name]Coralie[/name], [name]Briella[/name]

But that being said, if you don’t mind that they don’t really fit together style wise and you love the names anyway, then go for it.

[name]Bellamy[/name], [name]Lorelei[/name] & [name]Tallulah[/name] are perfect together!!!

[name]Bellamy[/name]- NMS at all
[name]Seren[/name]- Ok, but I think it will get misprounced all the time.
[name]Briallen[/name]- Unless you are honoring a [name]Brianna[/name], and an [name]Allen[/name], i would skip this one.
[name]Suki[/name]- Cute, but makes me think of [name]True[/name] Blood. I like this a lot better then the above three.
[name]Bethany[/name]- [name]One[/name] of my favorite names!
[name]Lorelei[/name]- [name]Gillmore[/name] girls, but in a good way! I like a lot of the ‘Lor’ names
[name]Rue[/name]- I disagree with all the hunger game people. I think [name]Rue[/name] is a beautiful name.
[name]Tallulah[/name]- I think i am the only one who doesn’t like [name]Tallulah[/name].
[name]Layla[/name]- I think it’s really pretty.

So my top picks would be [name]Suki[/name], [name]Bethany[/name], [name]Lorelei[/name], [name]Rue[/name], and [name]Layla[/name] with [name]Layla[/name] being the name that could tie the different combos together.

[name]Suki[/name], [name]Rue[/name], and [name]Layla[/name] is one nice set… [name]Bethany[/name], [name]Lorelei[/name], and [name]Layla[/name] is the other set. The problem with set 2 is there are two L names. So a longer name that starts with a different letter may be needed.

[name]Bethany[/name], [name]Lorelei[/name], and [name]Genevieve[/name] for example…
[name]Bethany[/name] [name]Lorelei[/name], and [name]Cassandra[/name]
I really like your middle names a lot better.
Middle names:
[name]Genevieve[/name] – gorgeous
[name]Echo[/name]- NMS but not bad for a middle name.
[name]Azalea[/name]- Kind of exotic for my taste
[name]Cassandra[/name]- beautiful
[name]Daphne[/name]- I go back and forth, but I like it.
[name]Catalina[/name] - Gorgeous
[name]Starling[/name]- NMS
[name]Thessaly[/name]- I heard this recently, its pretty!
[name]Lilibeth[/name]- [name]Love[/name]
[name]Rue[/name] – still love
[name]Josephine[/name]- ok, but too over used now.
[name]Isabella[/name]- Too common.

[name]Lovely[/name] lists! I think my combos would be…

[name]Seren[/name] [name]Azalea[/name]
[name]Rue[/name] [name]Cassandra[/name]
[name]Layla[/name] [name]Thessaly[/name]

I also love [name]Genevieve[/name], [name]Tallulah[/name], and [name]Echo[/name]!

I second this!

I like many of the names on your list. My personal favorites are:

[name]Bellamy[/name]
[name]Seren[/name]
[name]Briallen[/name]
[name]Lorelei[/name]
[name]Rue[/name]
[name]Tallulah[/name]

Congrats! That’s so awesome!

I like: [name]Seren[/name] [name]Isabella[/name], [name]Lorelei[/name] [name]Daphne[/name], & [name]Tallulah[/name] [name]Josephine[/name]
