New to nameberry, would like suggestions

Hello!

I am new to Nameberry–not pregnant or TCC at the moment but have plans to start a family in the next few years. If anyone is willing, I would really love some suggestions of names to add to my list. Here is my long list for girls. Since my style has such a wide range, I am listing them in alphabetical order. I should also add that some of these names I wouldn’t use for various reasons (popularity, prn issues, bad associations, already used by a friend/family member, ect.), but I have left them on my list because I still like them and they are an indication of my taste in names. Thanks in advance!

[name]Albany[/name]
[name]Aubrey[/name] (Probably too close to my name, but I love it)
[name]Autumn[/name]
[name]Berkley[/name]
[name]Blair[/name]
[name]Blakely[/name] “[name]Blake[/name]”
[name]Bristol[/name]
[name]Caroline[/name]
[name]Claire[/name]
[name]Eliana[/name] (Not crazy about how it looks, but like the meaning)
[name]Elliot[/name]“Ellie” ([name]LOVE[/name] this on a girl but I know most people would see it and automatically think boy)
[name]Eliza[/name]
[name]Elodie[/name]
[name]Everly[/name]
[name]Grace[/name]
[name]Greer[/name]
[name]Hadley[/name]
Harlowe
[name]Isla[/name] (Really growing on me lately)
[name]Jubilee[/name]
[name]Kate[/name] ([name]Just[/name] [name]Kate[/name], not short for anything)
[name]Liberty[/name] “[name]Libby[/name]” (Top of my list for personal significance and also for the nn “[name]Libby[/name]”)
Lively “[name]Liv[/name]” (Not crazy about Lively but I love the nn “[name]Liv[/name]”)
[name]Macy[/name]
[name]Meredith[/name]
[name]Morgan[/name]
[name]Oakley[/name]
[name]Pippa[/name] “[name]Pip[/name]”
[name]Rowan[/name]
[name]Ryan[/name]
[name]Shiloh[/name]
[name]Sloan[/name]
[name]Stella[/name]
[name]Sterling[/name]
[name]Story[/name]
[name]Sunday[/name]
[name]Tatum[/name] “[name]Tate[/name]”
[name]Teagan[/name]
[name]Tristan[/name]
[name]Violet[/name]
[name]Willow[/name]
[name]Winter[/name]

[name]Albany[/name] – too New Yorky

[name]Aubrey[/name] – too popular

[name]Autumn[/name] – pretty, both in looks and sound

[name]Berkley[/name] – I think of [name]Barkley[/name] the dog on [name]Sesame[/name] [name]Street[/name], or a last name, or a little boy…the last thing that crosses my mind is a girl

[name]Blair[/name] – nice, and one I haven’t seen thrown around on here much, making me like it a ton more

[name]Blakely[/name] “[name]Blake[/name]” – boyish

[name]Bristol[/name] – I know a girl with this name, and I’ve always thought it sounded great–ten times better than [name]Crystal[/name]

[name]Caroline[/name] – never liked this because of the question caro-[name]LYNN[/name] or caro-[name]LINE[/name]

[name]Claire[/name] – sounds so sparkly and shiny and clean, I like it

[name]Eliana[/name] – sigh…I [name]LOVE[/name] the meaning of this name, and had it on my list until I saw it getting used too much on here for its trendy sound…BUT consider this alternative: Eliava means “my father is God” which makes me just as happy, and it doesn’t have that popularity to cheapen it

[name]Elliot[/name] – never thought of it for a girl, but it would be pretty

[name]Eliza[/name] – love this, particularly [name]Eliza[/name] [name]Jane[/name], as a shout-out to [name]Little[/name] House on the [name]Prairie[/name]

[name]Elodie[/name] – bleh

[name]Everly[/name] – bleh

[name]Grace[/name] – gorgeous but so overdone

[name]Greer[/name] – hm, not my style but interesting

[name]Hadley[/name] – kind of cute

Harlowe – lovely sound, but I would recommend taking the e off the end

[name]Isla[/name] – never saw the appeal in this one

[name]Jubilee[/name] – aww! This is such a cute idea!

[name]Kate[/name] – plain

[name]Liberty[/name] “[name]Libby[/name]” – I actually really, really like this

Lively “[name]Liv[/name]” – I would just do [name]Olivia[/name] I guess, but that’s sooo popular…Lively sounds like a hamster

[name]Macy[/name] – this is pretty

[name]Meredith[/name] – one of my favorites so far! Spellable, pronounceable, a classic, but still shows creativity on your part for not choosing a top ten name

[name]Morgan[/name] – same as above, though I like it a bit less than [name]Meredith[/name]

[name]Oakley[/name] – meh

[name]Pippa[/name] “[name]Pip[/name]” – this is a passing phase

[name]Rowan[/name] – I like this as much as [name]Harlow[/name]

[name]Ryan[/name] – if you are honoring someone, I recommend [name]Rye[/name] as a nickname instead of this…or [name]Rylan[/name]

[name]Shiloh[/name] – LOVED this until [name]Angelina[/name] [name]Jolie[/name] celebritized it!

[name]Sloan[/name] – I love the look of this, but the sound of it sounds slithery and snakey to me…maybe as a middle name?

[name]Stella[/name] – haha, I love this name for personal reasons–cute personal memory of my entire extended family shouting the name “[name]Stella[/name]” all at once because my dad was listing his grandfather’s ten brothers and sisters by memory, and he couldn’t remember the last one, until we all remembered it at the same time. [name]STELLA[/name]!

[name]Sterling[/name] – shift this over to your boy list and I’ll love it

[name]Story[/name] – what a sweet idea! So whimsical!

[name]Sunday[/name] – I like this, but I like Sundae better I think

[name]Tatum[/name] “[name]Tate[/name]” – why shorten a beautiful name like [name]Tatum[/name]? [name]Love[/name] it in full.

[name]Teagan[/name] – AHH I love this one so much! But I took it off my list because it felt too popular? Maybe it has gone down? I still like it very very much.

[name]Tristan[/name] – boy

[name]Violet[/name] – boring compared to some of your others

[name]Willow[/name] – beautiful word that conjures up beautiful, daydreamy imagery in my head…of weeping willows and ponds and sky…love it

[name]Winter[/name] – pretty and exotic, but I’ve seen others mention it a bit too much for my liking

[name]Welcome[/name]!

[name]How[/name] about…
[name]Marlowe[/name]
[name]Anna[/name]-[name]Tate[/name] (makes it more feminine, and allows [name]Tate[/name] to stand without being a nickname)
[name]Collins[/name]
[name]Penrose[/name]
[name]Arden[/name]
[name]Eden[/name]
[name]Hollis[/name]
[name]Verona[/name]
[name]Waverly[/name]
[name]Rianne[/name] (prn. [name]REE[/name]-anne)
[name]Ellis[/name]
[name]Poet[/name]

I really like [name]Marlowe[/name], I also have a really good association with it. I also really like [name]Waverly[/name], I think it could definitely grow on me. Thanks!
