Found out I am expecting my first baby sometime in early [name_f]October[/name_f], so it’s very early days. It took us three months to conceive and in that time me and my other half have discussed names, albeit reluctantly from his side. The only first and middle name we can agree on for a boy is:
[name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] [name_m]Darwin[/name_m]
[name_m]Just[/name_m] wanted people’s thoughts? Also, do you have any suggestions for similar names?
My other favourite boys name is [name_u]Arlo[/name_u], however he’s not so keen on that one but willing to consider it.
[name_m]Fox[/name_m] is also a middle name we both like but obviously doesn’t work with [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u].
[name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] [name_m]Darwin[/name_m] is not really my style, but there’s nothing wrong with the combo. I prefer [name_u]Arlo[/name_u] [name_m]Darwin[/name_m] or [name_u]Arlo[/name_u] [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u].
I like [name_m]Atticus[/name_m], [name_m]Felix[/name_m], [name_u]Orion[/name_u] and [name_u]River[/name_u], but unfortunately surname ends with -er so rules out a lot of names.
What nicknames would you use for [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u]?
I like Phin/[name_m]Fin[/name_m] as a nickname for [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u]. You mentioned you like the name [name_m]Fox[/name_m], I think you could even get away with [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] nn [name_m]Fox[/name_m].
I love [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] [name_m]Darwin[/name_m]! It’s so handsome. I would call him Phinn. So cute! [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] [name_u]Owen[/name_u] is on my own list.
