Newbie!-My faves and my SO's strange suggestion!

Im brand new to the boards but have been fascinated with names since I was a girl! Im not expecting, but I hope to be soon! Thank you in advance for advice and opinions! I don’t feel that I really have a “style” but if you notice one, feel free to point it out! Last name starts with an “A” and ends with an “o,” which I think helps some names flow and totally ruins others!

Like/[name]Love[/name]:[name]Gabrielle[/name], [name]Annabelle[/name], [name]Autumn[/name], [name]Scarlett[/name], [name]Stella[/name]…for some reason I cant shake [name]Gabrielle[/name] or [name]Autumn[/name], [name]Ive[/name] loved them forever but theyre so different…what NN would you use with [name]Gabrielle[/name]?

[name]Trevor[/name], [name]Elliot[/name], [name]Spencer[/name], [name]Cole[/name]…even as Im writing these they seem boring to me!

Does anyone else feel like there arent really any names that they just absolutely [name]LOVE[/name]? None of them seem special enough to me, but Im not a huge fan of super uncommon names either…! [name]Ah[/name]!

[name]One[/name] more thing-one of the main reasons I joined the boards-my significant other is adamant about naming his first son a junior. I am not thrilled by the idea, especially because his name is [name]Robert[/name], which is a nice, strong name, but nmsaa…plus [name]Ive[/name] looked forward to naming my children forever and he’s taking one of them away from me!:shock: lol. I’m starting to get used to the idea, but [name]Robby[/name] [name]Junior[/name]? RJ? [name]Just[/name] [name]Junior[/name]? OR–his idea–[name]Deuce[/name]. [name]Ive[/name] had about 3 years to get used to the idea and [name]Deuce[/name] is really growing on me. What do you think??? Too much like “taking a deuce…” or do you think we could pull it off?

[name]Gabrielle[/name] I like, but I can’t stand the [name]Gabby[/name] nicknames.
Ideas I’ve heard/come up with: [name]Ari[/name], [name]Abby[/name], [name]Brielle[/name], [name]Brie[/name], [name]Elle[/name].

I have some names that are like that, but I have the ones that I love. Like [name]Alessandra[/name], I adore that name.

Lol, [name]Deuce[/name] is cute, but it’s soooo not my styles. Mostly because of slang use of “Deuces”.
I’m rather against juniors, so I’m with you on not wanting to do it. But perhaps you could find a variant of [name]Robert[/name] your husband would like?
