Ruthmaelle and Ruthnaelle caught my eye. I guess they are French-style elaborations of [name_f]Ruth[/name_f]. Interesting that they appeared in the same year and they are only one letter apart.
I agree with a PP that they unusual spellings of [name_f]Rachel[/name_f], [name_f]Stephanie[/name_f] etc probably come from minority communities where these are contemporary names.
