Nickname for Benjamin

On my boys name list, most of the names are unusual. [name]Ozias[/name], [name]Caradoc[/name], [name]Nicabar[/name]. However, there are a couple of names I love that could be siblings and seem far more normal: [name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Amias[/name] and [name]Joshua[/name] [name]Cael[/name]. [name]Joshua[/name] would be [name]Josh[/name], but I don’t want to call his brother [name]Ben[/name]. [name]Josh[/name] and [name]Ben[/name] sound so plain and unimaginative. Suggestions for [name]Benjamin[/name]'s nickname? Right now, I have:
[name]Benji[/name]
[name]Benno[/name]
[name]Benat[/name]
[name]Beng[/name]
[name]Beni[/name] (not [name]Benny[/name])

Thanks!

I like [name]Benno[/name].

Also Jampot, [name]Jammy[/name] Dodger, Jambeau, Jambalaya, and Jamboree.

I like [name]Benjy[/name].

you might consider [name]Jem[/name] & [name]Jamie[/name]

[name]Josh[/name] and [name]Jamie[/name] would be a great sibset! I never thought of taking a nickname from the middle of the name…

I like [name]Jamie[/name], too, if you don’t like [name]Ben[/name]. Personally, I love the simple, classic [name]Ben[/name], but I can see how [name]Josh[/name] and [name]Ben[/name] might be a bit boring.

[name]Benji[/name] could work, but I’ve never really been a fan–it just reminds me of the dog.

Good luck!

I know a [name]Benjamin[/name] who goes by [name]Jamin[/name] (jay-min). It suits him pretty well.

I’m on a Game if Thrones kick at the moment but there’s Benjen. Otherwise I love [name]Benji[/name].

I knew a [name]Benji[/name] once, not a nn. [name]Benno[/name]'s my favourite.

I have a cousin named [name]Benjamin[/name] ([name]Ben[/name]-ha-meen) and almost everyone calls him Benjas ([name]Ben[/name]-has) or [name]Benja/name I think it is quite different cause where I’m from which is a spanish speaking place, the J sounds like H

Definitely [name]Jem[/name]. [name]Josh[/name] and [name]Jem[/name]. Adorable!

I love [name]Benjamin[/name], but loathe the nn [name]Ben[/name] – I must know over two dozen. [name]Benji[/name] and [name]Jem[/name], on the other hand, are fresh, strong, and distinctive.
