I like [name]Isa[/name], [name]Izzy[/name], or Bit best for girly and not too much of a stretch (as a rule follower, I don’t expect her to stretch her nn from the original). Family might call her [name]Tabby[/name] because it is cute/girly, but from this brief description, it doesn’t sound like she’d want to be known publicly by something so cute (or something that, as a hunter, interacts so much with small vermin!). I also like [name]Bett[/name], but maybe that’s a bit too tomboy.
I was torn between [name]Betty[/name] and another option. [name]Betty[/name] could, I think, go girly or boyish, and I think it could work. But because it didn’t make me say “OH YEAH,” here are some other options:

With your characters description I voted for [name]Isa[/name], I think it fits her best, my second favorite was [name]Ibby[/name].
I like [name]Isa[/name], [name]Izzy[/name], and Bit from the ones you listed. I also love [name]Etta[/name]. But [name]Isa[/name] seems to fit your description the best…
What about [name]Bettie[/name] instead of [name]Betty[/name]? [name]Betty[/name] seems old, whereas [name]Bettie[/name] seems young. Now that I think about about it, I knew a lady named [name]Bettie[/name]. She was young with 3 very young children.
I really like just plain old [name]Izzy[/name], which is normally a nickname for [name]Isabelle[/name]. [name]Isabetta[/name] [name]Jade[/name] is such a flowery, exotic name that something bubbly but known like [name]Izzy[/name] suits it well!
