I really love [name]Giuliana[/name], and think [name]Jules[/name] is a cute nn but I’m struggling with the spelling. Giules looks ridiculous, but [name]Jules[/name] isn’t correct. Any ideas?
[name]How[/name] about [name]Gia[/name], [name]Lia[/name], [name]Liana[/name], or [name]Ana[/name] as nicknames for [name]Giuliana[/name]? I love [name]Giuliana[/name] by the way. Simply stunning! 
You could even do Giuli…unless the spelling bothers you…Giules isn’t too bad, in my opinion…sure it looks a little funky, but you could go for it…You probably will be saying “Giules” a great deal more than you will be writing it on paper, anyways…

I agree with pp that for nn you’re most often saying them, not spelling them. So go with [name]Jules[/name]!
