I think [name_u]Kit[/name_u] is a very cute name for a girl, but I like it more as a nickname. Any suggestions of what her full name could be? Any suggestions are helpful because I have no clue where to start! Thanks.
[name_f]Christina[/name_f] would be the most obvious, I think. For a boy, [name_u]Kit[/name_u] is usually for [name_m]Christopher[/name_m], so any of the [name_u]Chris[/name_u]-/[name_u]Kris[/name_u]- girl names would work.
[name_f]Christina[/name_f]
[name_f]Christine[/name_f]
[name_f]Kristen[/name_f]
[name_f]Kirsten[/name_f]
[name_f]Christiana[/name_f], etc
Also, [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] or a variant:
[name_f]Katherine[/name_f]
[name_f]Katrina[/name_f]
[name_f]Kathleen[/name_f]
[name_f]Caitlin[/name_f]
[name_f]Catriona[/name_f], etc
And I suppose any name with a C or K and T? The only one I can think of right now is [name_f]Callista[/name_f], which might be a stretch . . .
The only ones I can think of that isn’t already suggested are [name_f]Katarina[/name_f] and [name_f]Keturah[/name_f].
[name_f]Katharine[/name_f] to [name_f]Kitty[/name_f] is my favourite of the classic [name_f]Christina[/name_f]/[name_f]Catherine[/name_f] options.
[name_f]Kathleen[/name_f] is also cute but more retro than classic. Same goes for [name_f]Christabel[/name_f] and [name_f]Christiana[/name_f], but more antique-quirky than classic.
[name_f]Ketzia[/name_f] is unexpected and I love it. [name_f]Ketzia[/name_f] is a legit name but it’s not particularly associated with [name_u]Kit[/name_u] - I think it works because the Ket- to [name_u]Kit[/name_u]- is actually less of a stretch than Kath- or [name_u]Chris[/name_u]-.
[name_u]Love[/name_u], love, love [name_u]Kit[/name_u]. I would probably stick with [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] as the full name.
