I’m having trouble coming up with nicknames for the name [name_u]Bellamy[/name_u] on a boy. The obvious nicknames are all feminine ([name_u]Bell[/name_u], [name_f]Amy[/name_f], etc.). Any suggestions?

The only ones I can think of are feminine.
ella, bell, bella, [name_f]Amy[/name_f]. A nn for a boy would probably have to be something different. (For ex, my sister has a very feminine name and my parents gave her the very redneck masculine nn of bubba.)
Bels is the first nickname I can think about. I don’t believe is too feminine, but that’s your call.
You can give no nickname to [name_u]Bellamy[/name_u] (I call my brother by his TWO names) or just give the kid a completely different nickname. That’s the point of a middle name, right?
[name_m]Just[/name_m] call him [name_u]Bellamy[/name_u].

I will still call my [name_u]Bellamy[/name_u] “[name_f]Bel[/name_f]”, but I am sure he will have many other nn unrelated to his name like my other children

Bam came to mind, or [name_m]Eli[/name_m] for a stretch?
