I wanna say [name_f]Eppie[/name_f], but then I just think of the EpiPen lol. If that doesn’t bother you, it’s a cute nickname. I also think Oni is cute, and although a stretch, [name_m]Nim[/name_m] is sweet too.
I think [name_f]Eppie[/name_f] would be the most obvious nn, or [name_f]Nina[/name_f], as others have mentioned.
[name_f]Nonnie[/name_f] and [name_f]Nan[/name_f] come to mind. Pony is a possibility too – it’s a little precious, but with the right surname, it can work.
I think [name_f]Polly[/name_f] would work.
Maybe [name_f]Enna[/name_f]?

Why do you need a nickname? If so, just wait for the baby and a nickname will come about organically.
