I’m not sure it would fit with my other kids names but hubby is loving [name_u]Niko[/name_u]. Also considering [name_m]Dominic[/name_m] with the nickname [name_u]Nico[/name_u].
I think [name_m]Dominic[/name_m] “[name_u]Nico[/name_u]” goes better with your other children’s names. [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m] is a lovely name but is very Slavic next to your other kids traditional [name_f]English[/name_f] names. I understand if your family has Slavic roots, but it does seem a bit out of place. Good old [name_m]Nicolas[/name_m] “[name_u]Nico[/name_u]” would even go well with [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] & [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]. Either way, [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m] is a cool name. Maybe [name_m]Nicolai[/name_m] would tame it a bit?
I think [name_m]Dominic[/name_m] “fits” better with your kids’ names, but sibsets aren’t everything and [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m] is a lovely name itself! I also don’t think it sounds BAD with [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] and [name_m]Theodore[/name_m], it’s just a bit different in style and origin.
I like [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m]! [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m] [name_u]Archer[/name_u] is very handsome.
I do think [name_m]Dominic[/name_m] fits better with your children’s names, or [name_m]Nicholas[/name_m]. But, if [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m] is your favorite, I think you should go with that – there’s no major reason not to use it.
I also agree that [name_m]Dominic[/name_m] probably fits in better with your kids’ names (although [name_m]Nicholas[/name_m] would be my favourite!) but [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m] is so handsome and it works too.
I love [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m] (though I spell it [name_m]Nickolai[/name_m])! It’s very handsome. [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m] [name_u]Archer[/name_u] is very dashing! It goes well with your other children’s name, and I definitely prefer it over [name_m]Dominic[/name_m].
I love it! [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m] [name_u]Archer[/name_u] is an incredible name. So interesting and adventurous. I think it fits very well with your oldest children’s names. [name_m]Dominic[/name_m] is amazing too!
I really like [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m] and [name_u]Nico[/name_u]! Very distinctive and both have a great sound. [name_m]Dominic[/name_m] is a fantastic name, as well, so you can’t really go wrong. I think [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m] does tend to read very Eastern European/Russian, so if that would be a problem for you, maybe [name_m]Dominic[/name_m] is the better option. But if you love [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m], I say go for it!
As someone who has always short listed [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m] or [name_m]Nicolai[/name_m] (it’s not just a Slavic name, it features repeatedly in my Scandinavian family tree) I would normally be in whole hearted support of it, but I actually think [name_m]Dominic[/name_m] suits your other children’s names better! Its very cute.
