What do you guys think of [name]NIta[/name] as a first name? I would like to honor a [name]Juanita[/name]. Also, I think that it is cute and spunky! Is it substantial enough to be a first name? [name]Dita[/name] and [name]Nina[/name] work, and they aren’t that different! Any other ideas for honoring a [name]Juanita[/name]?
I know a [name]Nita[/name], and as far as I know, it’s her full name. I think it can stand alone pretty well, though I personally prefer names with more substance. To honor a [name]Juanita[/name], you could use any [name]John[/name]/[name]Jane[/name] name… [name]Jane[/name], [name]Jeanette[/name], [name]Gianna[/name], [name]Giovanna[/name], [name]Sinead[/name], [name]Sian[/name], [name]Joanna[/name], [name]Siobhan[/name], etc.
Same as above… I know a [name]Nita[/name] too, I’m not sure if it’s her full name or not, but she’s always gone by it (and I’ve known her through high school, college, and post grad). 
I’ve always liked it.
