NN Lulu

I am wondering what names apart from [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f], [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] & [name_f]Lucinda[/name_f] could get the nickname [name_f]Lulu[/name_f]?

[name_f]Luna[/name_f] or [name_f]Lola[/name_f] could work

I love [name_f]Lulu[/name_f] too, but it is somewhat difficult to find a good full name for. Other than the names already mentioned I can think of [name_f]Louise[/name_f], [name_f]Louisa[/name_f], [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] (I personally dislike those), and I came across Lucelia recently. [name_f]Luella[/name_f], [name_f]Beulah[/name_f], [name_f]Eulalia[/name_f]/[name_f]Eulalie[/name_f], [name_f]Eula[/name_f], or [name_f]Lula[/name_f] maybe?

Lucelia
[name_f]Luanne[/name_f]/[name_f]Luanna[/name_f]
[name_u]Luca[/name_u]
[name_f]Lucette[/name_f]/[name_f]Lucetta[/name_f]
Lucianna
[name_f]Lucienne[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucina[/name_f]
[name_f]Luella[/name_f]/[name_f]Louella[/name_f]
[name_f]Luise[/name_f]/[name_f]Luisa[/name_f]/[name_f]Louise[/name_f]/[name_f]Louisa[/name_f]
[name_f]Lulita[/name_f]
[name_f]Melusine[/name_f]

I agree @myosotis the NN [name_f]Lulu[/name_f] is difficult to find names for.
Thank you for the suggestions. I think I like [name_f]Luella[/name_f], [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f], Lucelia. I may need to re think my [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] combo.

Here are few more unusual ones that do not start with [name_f]Lu[/name_f] or [name_u]Lou[/name_u]:

[name_f]Aluisa[/name_f]
[name_f]Alura[/name_f]
Callula or Kalula
Calluna
[name_u]Eloise[/name_u]
Ilumina
[name_f]Malou[/name_f]
Marilu

Thank You!

My favourite name out of your list is [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], but I prefer that on its own without an nn. I think I like [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] as the best option for the nn [name_f]Lulu[/name_f].

I really like [name_f]Lucille[/name_f]!

[name_f]Eulalia[/name_f] is an option I’ve seen before it’s said Eu-lay-lee-ah (but its rare enough that any pronunciation could work). Another option is [name_f]Elula[/name_f] but it may be too connected to [name_f]Isla[/name_f] [name_m]Fisher[/name_m]'s daughter especially in Australia.

It’s one of those that I honestly think any vowel-heavy name with an L in works. I know a [name_f]Marielle[/name_f] nn [name_f]Lulu[/name_f] and even a [name_f]Laura[/name_f] who gets it sometimes.

My DD’s nn is [name_f]Lulu[/name_f] and it has absolutely nothing to do with her name. It started off like [name_f]Katie[/name_f]-[name_u]Lou[/name_u] (not DD’s name) and then eventually DD’s first name dropped off and it became just [name_u]Lou[/name_u]/[name_f]Lulu[/name_f].
