nn Minnie?

Hello everyone,

I love the nn [name_f]Minnie[/name_f], but I think it's too cutesy for a full given name. What names could be shortened to [name_f]Minnie[/name_f]?

Also, is the association with [name_u]Mickey[/name_u] still too strong?

Thank you!

[name_f]Mina[/name_f]
[name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f]
[name_f]Miranda[/name_f]
[name_f]Araminta[/name_f]

[name_f]Clementine[/name_f]?

What about these?

[name_f]Melanie[/name_f] nn. [name_f]Minnie[/name_f]
[name_f]Mindy[/name_f] nn. [name_f]Minnie[/name_f]
[name_f]Marnie[/name_f] nn. [name_f]Minnie[/name_f]

[name_f]Minerva[/name_f]
Miette
[name_f]Mignonette[/name_f]
[name_f]Minuet[/name_f]
[name_f]Mindy[/name_f]

[name_f]Hermione[/name_f] is my favorite way to get to [name_f]Minnie[/name_f]. [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] is so sweet!

I am partial to [name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f] nn [name_f]Minnie[/name_f]. But anything that contains ‘min’ could work. Or anything ending in -mina. [name_u]Love[/name_u], love, love the suggestion of [name_f]Hermione[/name_f]!

[name_f]Minnie[/name_f] is adorable! I don’t think the mouse association is too strong not to use it. It’s cute. And when she gets older, she will have a full name or possibly other nn options to choose from. So I don’t think it’s a problem.

My favourites are [name_f]Hermione[/name_f], [name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f] and [name_f]Minerva[/name_f].

[name_f]Jessamine[/name_f] was my first thought.
