No name for new baby!

We’re really struggling with a boy name for a baby due in a month! I need some input as none of our combinations really speak to me.

Here are the first names we’re considering: [name]Theodore[/name] ([name]Teddy[/name]), [name]Fulton[/name], [name]Becket[/name], [name]Ezekiel[/name] ([name]Zeke[/name])
Middle names: Any of the first names we don’t use plus the traditional [name]Michael[/name], [name]Thomas[/name], [name]Joseph[/name], [name]Matthew[/name], [name]James[/name], [name]Zachary[/name] (my husband’s name), or any Old Testament names.

Our first 3 kids all have 3 names, [name]Mary[/name]-[name]Therese[/name] [name]Assisi[/name], [name]John[/name] [name]Peter[/name] [name]Elijah[/name] ([name]Jack[/name]), [name]Mary[/name]-[name]Felicity[/name] [name]Benedicta[/name] (we just call her [name]Felicity[/name]). We’d like this baby to also have 3 names. The girl name we have picked out is [name]Mary[/name]-[name]Zelie[/name] [name]Kathleen[/name].

Our last name is [name]Prewett[/name], and I’m wondering if the T sound at the end of [name]Becket[/name] is too harsh with the ending T in [name]Prewett[/name].

Also, My husband goes by [name]Zach[/name] and my son is [name]Jack[/name]… sometimes confusing since they sound alike. Would it be unfortunate to add a [name]Zeke[/name] to the group? [name]Zach[/name]/[name]Zeke[/name], [name]Zach[/name]/[name]Jack[/name]…

I’m also willing to hear any other suggestions!

I like the sound of [name]Theodore[/name] [name]Joseph[/name] [name]James[/name].

I’m not a fan of [name]Becket[/name] and [name]Fulton[/name] with your other kids fitst names and agree the ending of becket doesn’t sound as good with your last name.
But I love [name]Theodore[/name] and [name]Ezekiel[/name]!

[name]Theodore[/name] [name]Fulton[/name] [name]James[/name]
[name]Ezekiel[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] [name]James[/name]
[name]Theodore[/name] [name]Zachary[/name] [name]James[/name]

I do think [name]Becket[/name] [name]Prewett[/name] sounds weird; the endings are too similar. I also agree that [name]Jack[/name], [name]Zach[/name], and [name]Zeke[/name] would add to the mayhem. Since you have so many good choices, I think you’re safe scratching both of those from the FN list. [name]Fulton[/name] seems very surnamey compared with all your other more traditional, saint- or Bible-related choices. I think [name]Theodore[/name] best aligns with the other kids’ styles, and [name]Teddy[/name] is so sweet!

[name]Theodore[/name] [name]Joseph[/name] [name]James[/name] is a nice suggestion. I also think that these (from your list and my own ideas) sound nice:
[name]Theodore[/name] [name]Fulton[/name] [name]James[/name]
[name]Theodore[/name] [name]Michael[/name] [name]Asa[/name]
[name]Theodore[/name] [name]Levi[/name] [name]James[/name]
[name]Theodore[/name] [name]Caleb[/name] [name]Paul[/name]
[name]Theodore[/name] [name]Micah[/name] [name]Fulton[/name] or [name]Theodore[/name] [name]Michael[/name] [name]Fulton[/name]
[name]Theodore[/name] [name]Gideon[/name] [name]James[/name]
[name]Theodore[/name] [name]Isaac[/name] [name]James[/name]
[name]Peter[/name] [name]Zachary[/name] [name]James[/name]
[name]Eli[/name] [name]Andrew[/name] [name]James[/name] or [name]Elijah[/name] [name]Andrew[/name] [name]James[/name] or [name]Elias[/name] [name]Andrew[/name] [name]Jude[/name]
[name]Ethan[/name] [name]Matthew[/name] [name]Thomas[/name]
[name]Davis[/name] [name]Michael[/name] [name]James[/name] (I think that [name]Davis[/name] has [name]Fulton[/name]'s surname feel, but so similar to Biblical [name]David[/name] that it blends well into the subset)
[name]Alban[/name] [name]Zachary[/name] [name]James[/name] (cool saint name with nn [name]Al[/name], [name]Abe[/name])
[name]Adrian[/name] [name]Ezekiel[/name] [name]James[/name] (another saint name)
[name]Aaron[/name] [name]Theodore[/name] [name]James[/name]
[name]Asa[/name] [name]Fulton[/name] [name]Michael[/name]
[name]Nathaniel[/name] [name]Seth[/name] [name]Fulton[/name] (nn [name]Nate[/name], [name]Nat[/name])

[name]Fulton[/name] is after [name]Fulton[/name] [name]Sheen[/name], an “almost” saint in the Catholic Church. Does that change any perspectives?

This would definitely change my opinion of it. I was also thinking it didn’t fit it, but this makes it fit in even better in some ways than the other names, since your kids all have fairly religious and traditionally Catholic (and very beautiful!!) names. I still like it better as a middle name though. And for reasons already stated by you and pp, I don’t care for [name]Beckett[/name] or [name]Ezekiel[/name] for you. I’m finding that [name]Fulton[/name] sounds best as the third name for some reason.

[name]Theodore[/name] [name]Michael[/name] [name]Fulton[/name]
[name]Theodore[/name] [name]Joseph[/name] [name]Fulton[/name] (could be TJ if that’s up your alley)
[name]Theodore[/name] [name]Zachary[/name] [name]Fulton[/name]
[name]Theodore[/name] [name]James[/name] [name]Fulton[/name] (another TJ option)
[name]Theodore[/name] [name]David[/name] [name]James[/name] (I know you didn’t mention [name]David[/name], but it feels like a natural complement to the names on your list and your son’s name)

I’m such a sucker for [name]James[/name] in the middle, so I think my favorite is [name]Theodore[/name] [name]James[/name] [name]Fulton[/name] [name]Prewett[/name]. It just gives me the chills because it’s such a great name!! Great sound, strong and yet soft. [name]Just[/name] great all around!!

I like I like [name]Theodore[/name] [name]Joseph[/name] a lot! I think [name]Zeke[/name] would be too much with the other names and [name]Beckett[/name] doesn’t sound good with the last name. [name]Fulton[/name] is kind of boring to me.

Other suggestions:
[name]Bennett[/name]
[name]Foster[/name]

[name]Bennett[/name] [name]Theodore[/name] [name]James[/name]
[name]Foster[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] [name]Zachary[/name]
[name]Dashiell[/name] [name]Joseph[/name] [name]Fulton[/name]
[name]Everett[/name] [name]Zachary[/name] [name]James[/name]

[name]Hope[/name] this helps.
