Too biblical? Maybe [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] or different middle name like [name_u]Benjamin[/name_u]? I also like [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Samuel[/name_m]

I don’t think [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Luke[/name_m] feels too Biblical! Both names are common enough that it just feels like a cool, solid contemporary boy’s name to me.
I like both [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Luke[/name_m] and [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_u]Benjamin[/name_u]. [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] doesn’t sound as nice to me for some reason.
They all sound lovely to me, and most of them equally Biblical. If [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Luke[/name_m] is your favorite, go for it.
[name_m]Luke[/name_m] doesn’t feel overly Biblical to me - but [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] flows better to me. [name_u]Benjamin[/name_u] and [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] still feel Biblical.

[name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Luke[/name_m] does strike me as Biblical, but as recognizably as would, say, [name_m]Jedidiah[/name_m] [name_m]Nicodemus[/name_m]. I like the Biblical significances of [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Luke[/name_m] as well as the flow! [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_u]Benjamin[/name_u] is also very lovely. 
I love [name_u]Noah[/name_u] Luke!! It flows the best I feel!!!
[name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Luke[/name_m] doesn’t feel too biblical at all but I’m a massive fan of biblical names so maybe slightly bias. However I think [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] has a better flow. Looking at your other options I prefer [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_u]Benjamin[/name_u] or [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Samuel[/name_m]. [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_u]Benjamin[/name_u] is gorgeous strong, handsome and has a great flow. I think [name_u]Benjamin[/name_u] is a lovely middle name for [name_u]Noah[/name_u]. I also love [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] the name is very handsome!
