Nora

[name]Do[/name] you like [name]Nora[/name]? [name]Do[/name] you think its okay are a stand alone name? If not, what is your favourite longer version of [name]Nora[/name]?

Thanks in advance for any replies

[name]Love[/name] it! So pretty. [name]Eleanora[/name] or [name]Leonora[/name] is are the only long versions I can think of.

I am going to run [name]Annora[/name] past DH tonight.

[name]Love[/name] [name]Nora[/name]…alone.

I think it’s fine as a stand alone name, but [name]Eleanor/name is my favorite longer version.

I think [name]Leonora[/name] is pretty

[name]Nora[/name] is a stand-alone name. I know two little Noras. [name]Just[/name] as a suggestion, I like the spelling [name]Norah[/name].

I prefer [name]Flora[/name]. (But prefer [name]Nora[/name] to [name]Cora[/name] and [name]Dora[/name]!)

[name]Nora[/name] from the [name]Nick[/name] and [name]Nora[/name] mysteries was pretty cool, and it has a similar streamlined [name]Art[/name] Deco and Prohibition-era feel to me, with cloche hats and martinis, but I think the -h tacked on kills that for me.

[name]Leonora[/name] is my favourite long form if it needs a long form.

Edited for privacy.

I like it and I think it sounds prettiest standing alone because of its sweet refined simplicity. Wanted to add I like the H but it’s great either way, it’s one of those names that’s nms but I love when people use it, the name is just so happy sounding.

[name]Love[/name] [name]Nora[/name] alone, but my friend thinks that [name]Nora[/name] alone as a first name should be spelt [name]Norah[/name]. I disagree.

I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]LOVE[/name] [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Nora[/name]! I prefer the [name]Norah[/name] spelling but [name]Nora[/name] is wonderful too. I like [name]Eleanor[/name] as full name for [name]Nora[/name] but I have no problem using [name]Norah[/name]/[name]Nora[/name] as a full name and I most likely would name a future daughter that

I thoroughly adore [name]Nora[/name] :). I can see myself using it by itself or as [name]Honora[/name]/[name]Eleanor[/name].

I think it’s beautiful as a standalone, but if it has to be part of a longer name I’d go with [name]Honora[/name] or [name]Eleanor[/name]

[name]Love[/name] it! It is beautiful.

I absolutely adore [name]Nora[/name]/[name]Norah[/name] ! It’s a name that I’d definitely use for a future daughter. I think [name]Nora[/name]/[name]Norah[/name] is such a beautiful stand alone name !

I prefer [name]Norah[/name] stand alone.

As a nickname I like [name]Honor[/name] and [name]Elenor[/name] and [name]Leanora[/name]

I prefer it alone, and spelled [name]Norah[/name].

I actually prefer [name]Nola[/name], though. I think it’s so elegant and underused, and I know a very classy girl called [name]Nola[/name], so that helps.

I used to prefer [name]Norah[/name] as a first name, but then my sister named her daughter [name]Nora[/name] and it fits her so perfectly, and now all the over versions look strange.
