Norah

I’m getting a little over excited because we just officially decided to try for baby #2 soon so I’m of course planning names. One name!e we both love for a girl is [name_f]Norah[/name_f], but it is a
[name_m]Little[/name_m] rough with our last name. [name_f]Norah[/name_f] [name_f]Reet[/name_f]. What do you think too much R or okay?

[name_f]Norah[/name_f] is my favorite girls name! and I thin [name_f]Norah[/name_f] [name_f]Reet[/name_f] sounds just fine.

I absolutely adore [name_f]Norah[/name_f], especially with the ‘h’. [name_f]Norah[/name_f] [name_f]Reet[/name_f] is a lot of “r” and might be a bit of a tongue-twister, but if that’s the name you love, I don’t think it’s a disastrous problem. If you’d prefer, you could name a girl [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Reet[/name_f] or [name_f]Eleanora[/name_f] [name_f]Reet[/name_f] and just call her [name_f]Norah[/name_f]. I think having more syllables and sounds in [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]/a makes the "r"s less prominent.

I think it sounds ok with your last name, I think the pp suggestion of [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] does sound better though.

I love [name_f]Norah[/name_f] (with the h)! I think it’s fine with your last name.
