I met a 2 year old blonde toddler with this name last week and thought it was so cute.
Her mom called her [name]Nori[/name], but I wasn’t too fond of that nickname. If I had a daughter named Noriela I’d call her [name]Nora[/name] or [name]Ella[/name] or [name]Nella[/name].

She might have made it up by combining [name]Norah[/name] with [name]Ella[/name], but there is a Hebrew name, Nouriel, which means ‘flame of God.’ Nourielle/Norielle/Nurielle is occasionally given to girls.
