Nothing has struck our fancy yet

we’re expecting baby #3 in a few months, and we have no real leads on a girl’s name. we’re not the type who say “let her get here and we’ll see who she looks like,” we’re more the planning type. so not having a girl’s name is driving us nuts!

our girl’s choices for the other pregnancies were [name]Elisheba[/name] (never had a middle name figured out) and [name]Celia[/name] [name]Marie[/name]. as it was, we had two boys, [name]Caedmon[/name] [name]Lucas[/name] and [name]Jon[/name] [name]Micah[/name].
we tend to like more vintage-classic names, Not the uber popular ones, and ones that have a biblical background or special meaning are a plus.
the only real possible combination that is in contention right now is [name]Norah[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name]. (elizabeth is my middle name, hence it gets a pass on the popularity thing.)
anyone have any other ideas for girl’s names that might work? we’re going nuts!

There are two sisters, [name]Hadassah[/name] and [name]Sarai[/name] at the school I teach at (both are fair red heads – which was interesting for my visual associations of the names) and I have a [name]Keziah[/name] in my class. Her parents pronounce it ‘KEZ-ee-a’ rather than the biblical ‘kez-EYE-uh’.

what about [name]Noemi[/name] pronounced NO emm EE? its biblical and you could use [name]Elizabeth[/name] as a middle name.
