[name_f]Willa[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f], sister of [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] [name_u]Bliss[/name_u]
We have had [name_f]Willa[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f] ready to go since our pregnancy with [name_m]Jonah[/name_m], since we didn’t know the gender either time! [name_f]Willa[/name_f] is a reference to my maiden name, [name_m]Wilson[/name_m], and the many strong [name_m]Wilson[/name_m] women in our lives. [name_f]Edith[/name_f] was my husband’s beloved grandmother, who was actually given a Yiddish name at birth and legally changed it to [name_f]Edith[/name_f] around 1930 when she was about 10, because she wanted something more chic. We loved the sound, resonance, and “just right” familiarity of [name_f]Willa[/name_f] and the spunky yet classic combination of [name_f]Willa[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f].
