What does everyone think of the name [name]November[/name] for a girl? My husband has a co-worker with this name and before meeting her I had never heard of [name]November[/name] used as a name! I think its pretty and different- but is it too different??
I personally love it. We have [name]April[/name], [name]May[/name], [name]June[/name] and even [name]January[/name] and I think it’s time for [name]November[/name]. All the -ember months sounds lovely to me. I wouldn’t use it, but then again, I am one of those people that doesn’t like a name that is too different, but then complains when that name gains popularity, haha. No pleasing me.
I love it! It’s sweet and spunky.
Personally, I think it is beautiful. It would be better if there was some kind of emotional connection to [name]November[/name], birthday, parent’s birthday, etc. What nickname would she have though? I am also curious what people have to say about this name!
I would hate to be called ‘No’ for short as a nickname! I prefer [name]May[/name], [name]June[/name] or even [name]January[/name].
I adore it! It’s been on my list for a while now. The only nn I can think of is [name]Ember[/name], which I quite like.
[name]August[/name] is about as brave as I get for the month names, I’m afraid. [name]November[/name] is nice, but not my thing. I know a girl with the name, and she’s a bit of a wild, rebellious, disrespectful little thing, so she hasn’t made me like it any more than I did before I knew her.
I like it. I especially like the nickname of [name]Nova[/name].
[name]Emmie[/name] could be a nickname.
I don’t like it, I think it’s silly to name children after things just cause. Unless the name/month has specific meaning to you, I wouldn’t do it.
[name]April[/name]/[name]May[/name]/[name]June[/name]/[name]August[/name] have all been used for possibly over a century. [name]November[/name] just screams tryndee hipster to me.
I would agree that it seems trendy and kind of “now”- although the girl I know with this name is in her 30’s! I still like it though :)But I don’t know if I could actually use it- my other kids names are [name]Adia[/name] [name]Madeline[/name], [name]Pierre[/name] [name]Luca[/name]- he goes by [name]Luca[/name] and [name]Emma[/name] [name]Katherine[/name] so I’m afraid this name would be too out there considering my other childrens names! 
^someone had to start naming their children after those months, once upon atime. I don’t mind it, I would probably never use it myself, but it could be a cute name.
I love all the nickname suggestions everyone gave! Very creative! I could never use it, but I do think it is useable for someone who likes more distinct names!

I wouldn’t use it as it is too ‘different’ for me, but I do love [name]November[/name]! It’s been a guilty pleasure of mine since watching the series Dollhouse, which has a super likeable character with the name. It could be a nice middle. [name]Novella[/name] and [name]Nova[/name] are also cute, and perhaps a little bit more wearable?
