Three weeks to go today and still undecided! Not sure if we are having a girl or boy, but this week for a girl I am in love with [name]Juno[/name].
My hesitation lies in the fact that her big brother is [name]Milo[/name] - can I have two ‘o’ endings for my bubs?
Can I imagine shouting out at the playground… “[name]Milo[/name]! [name]Juno[/name]! Time to go!”
Have toyed with [name]Juniper[/name] but I’m still seeing it as a bit cartoonish and think [name]Juno[/name] is stronger.
It’s a little rhymie, but it could work. You can always spell it [name]Juneau[/name] if the double O endings bother you and you don’t mind location names. [name]Juniper[/name] is also a nice alternative, but if it isn’t speaking to you, there’s other [name]June[/name] names out there like [name]June[/name] or [name]Junia[/name].
I love both [name]Milo[/name] and [name]Juno[/name], so I wouldn’t be too concerned by it. [name]Milo[/name] and [name]Milena[/name] would be too matchy; but those two are fine. You could always use the Alaskan alternative [name]Juneau[/name], but I prefer the [name]Juno[/name] spelling.
It’s much better than using a name like [name]June[/name], [name]Juniper[/name], [name]Junia[/name], etc., just to get to another name.
Have you thought about using the name [name]Juniper[/name] with [name]Juno[/name] as a nickname?? I think that would be pretty. [name]Milo[/name] and [name]Juniper[/name] sound sweet together.
But to answer your question, [name]Milo[/name] and [name]Juno[/name] doesn’t sound to matchy. (But [name]Milo[/name], [name]Juno[/name], and [name]Lilou[/name] would. Lol)
[name]Milo[/name] and [name]Juno[/name] are not too matchy. I do prefer [name]Juniper[/name] as the full name though. But [name]Juno[/name] is nice by itself. I’m sure people will forget about that movie by the time your [name]Juno[/name] is ten, if not sooner.
