Please god tell me you’re not this uptight in person.
I’ll say it again, you’re unnecessarily rude and mean and any further responses from you on my threads will be ignored.

I apologize for repeats. I was trying to watch TV with my husband and all that was running through my head were obscure boy name suggestions for you! Here’s what I came up with:
[name]Andi[/name]
[name]Andre[/name]
[name]Anderson[/name]
Blakeslee
[name]Bradley[/name] (this is on my girl name list but my husband dislikes it)
[name]Bryson[/name]

[name]Locke[/name]
[name]Luca[/name]
Nicolay
[name]Sanders[/name]
[name]Westley[/name]
[name]Weston[/name]
[name]Zane[/name]
I will probably not be able to turn this off in my mind…they just keep coming to me! Good luck.
Ooh! So many great suggestions, but I’ll submit a vote for [name]Garnet[/name]
It was my great grandfather’s mn, and is near the top of my list for a girl.
Sorry for any repeats and I hope this helps

I don’t know if anyone has said this yet, but how about [name]Brennan[/name]? I have loved this name on a girl for years, but have never heard it used before. Also maybe…
[name]Porter[/name]
[name]River[/name]
[name]Garner[/name]
[name]Sutton[/name]
[name]Lawsen[/name]
[name]Arden[/name]
[name]Logan[/name]
[name]Elison[/name]
[name]Emerson[/name]
[name]Parker[/name]
[name]Dawson[/name]
[name]Spencer[/name]
[name]Scout[/name] (has literature reference)
[name]Kennedy[/name]
[name]Reid[/name]
[name]Mason[/name]
[name]Sawyer[/name]
[name]Maddox[/name]
[name]Griffin[/name] (I knew a girl named [name]Griffin[/name] once)
[name]Bennett[/name]
[name]Blake[/name]
[name]Rylan[/name]
[name]Reese[/name]
I saw that [name]Tristan[/name] was mentioned and I’ve always thought this would make a nice girl name. It’s so commonly used for boys nowadays that I’m not sure if it works, but I like the variation [name]Tristian[/name] as an option. These may have already been mentioned, but [name]Jules[/name], [name]Arvin[/name], [name]August[/name], [name]Seneca[/name], [name]Tarquin[/name] and [name]Andreas[/name] are other ideas.
@jyoti, Yes I would consider unisex names, I consider all the names on my list to be unisex.
@freya55, I love [name]Arlo[/name] but my husband is not too fond of it, thinks it sounds “simple.” :rolleyes:
@ottilie, Whoa what a list! Ok, I like Aylwin, [name]Daron[/name], [name]Elon[/name], [name]Ember[/name], [name]Garnet[/name], [name]Ilan[/name], [name]Marin[/name], [name]Marinell[/name], Meirion, and Reasmay (never even heard this name before!) I really enjoy names like these and love to daydream but I’m not sure if I could actually use one. I want the name to be at least somewhat recognizable. If you told the average [name]North[/name] Carolinian your daughter was named Loxias or [name]Seraphim[/name], they would treat you like an alien that just beamed down from [name]Mars[/name]. I get stunned looks when I tell people [name]Rowan[/name]'s name.
@sugarplumfairy, I love [name]Alix[/name] and [name]Emery[/name] but [name]Alix[/name] is too close to [name]Alex[/name] which is mega popular. [name]Emery[/name] has the same first syllable as our surname.
@mummamelof5, I do like [name]Tiernan[/name] but I just don’t love it. Thanks!
@seazuno86, I actually adore [name]Willoughby[/name] but the nickname would of course be [name]Will[/name] and my husband’s name is [name]William[/name] ([name]Will[/name])
@mclevine, [name]Marion[/name] is on my middle name list. And I’ve never read the [name]Poe[/name] story about [name]Asher[/name]. You don’t mean [name]Usher[/name]?
Apologies for any repeats!

@noora, [name]Farris[/name] is cute but probably too [name]Bueller[/name] and Wheel.
@tfzolghadr, I like [name]Afton[/name], Macsen, [name]Yael[/name], and [name]Nico[/name]. Thank you.
@kaia_way, I like [name]Amery[/name] and [name]August[/name] is already on my list. I totally know the 3rd [name]Rock[/name] connection, it’s where I first heard it too! I loved that show so much.
@rkrd, Yes I have checked into it but I am really not close to any of my family and I don’t want to use a family name.
@aurra, I like [name]Avi[/name] and [name]Ari[/name], [name]Rio[/name], and [name]Myron[/name] from your list. Thanks!
@mclola, I like [name]Arianwyn[/name] (as I do most Welsh names with W in them…) Loxley, and [name]Kellen[/name].
@lizgingermitch, Not too obscure, just not common. I would like the name to be recognizable but still raises eyebrows if you know what I mean. I like [name]Bay[/name], [name]Lennon[/name], and [name]Nico[/name] from your list.
Far out, that’s harsh.
So you’re saying people aren’t allowed to have different naming styles? Boys names on girls aren’t my favourite either, but that’s beside the point. Are you saying RGE isn’t allowed to ask for input from the nameberry community unless she conforms to a naming style you deem acceptable? That’s ridiculous. These boards are open to everybody and everybody should feel welcome here, not bullied by someone who doesn’t like their favourite names.
RGE, sorry I don’t have any more names to add to your list that haven’t already been offered, but seems have a pretty comprehensive list already!
Sorry for any repeats:
[name]Faron[/name]
[name]Murray[/name]
[name]Reggie[/name]
[name]Monroe[/name]
[name]Cyril[/name]
[name]Morley[/name]
[name]Kermit[/name]
[name]Rudy[/name]
Terribly sorry, I mean [name]Usher[/name] indeed:(( I have just met a baby [name]Asher[/name] today and his name keeps going through my mind. Anyway, I think both [name]Asher[/name] and [name]Usher[/name] are cool, excuse my stupid brain.
This thread makes me sad. Stop stealing unique boys names for the girls! Please. There are plenty of options for girls without bogarting more boys names.
Were you and [name]Augusta[/name] raised without learning proper social behaviour? First of all, if you haven’t got anything nice to say, don’t bother saying anything at all. Secondly, she’s not stealing. Third of all, when I see people comment like this it makes me not want to respond to their threads in the future. I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way. Keep calm and carry on.
RGE; I’m sorry people are misbehaving on your threads.
Sorry if these have been suggested, but what about [name]Merrick[/name] or [name]Fallon[/name]? I love both so much for girls that I used them for sisters in a book I wrote.
Oh, please. She likes it.
[name]How[/name] about [name]Flynn[/name]? [name]Jude[/name]?
[name]Jenson[/name] was the first thing that came to mind.
