i know this is a boy name but i heard it on a movie where a girl was named [name]October[/name] with the nn [name]Toby[/name] and i thought that it was adorable
what do you think ?
[name]Toby[/name] is all boy to me so if I met an [name]October[/name] called [name]Toby[/name], I’d automatically assume it was a boy.
I simply prefer [name]Octavia[/name].
Honestly, I have got a soft spot for month/season names but [name]October[/name] sounds more like a boy name, especially with nickname [name]Toby[/name]. But maybe [name]Berry[/name] or [name]Ottie[/name] could work for a girl?
That being said, I much prefer [name]April[/name]/[name]Avril[/name] and [name]January[/name] for a baby girl.
[name]Toby[/name] is all boy to me as well, and I think [name]October[/name] has a bit more of a masculine sound, if that makes sense.
I think it works. All the autumn months do really.
I especially love [name]November[/name].
I love it!! I don’t know that I would ever be brave enough to use it, but it has such a nice sound and [name]Toby[/name] makes a cute nn!
I met a woman in her early 20s in real life named [name]Toby[/name], which was short for [name]October[/name]. I thought it was so cute and quite spunky for a girl. I like it. 
I think it works, but I prefer [name]Octavia[/name] nn [name]Tavi[/name]. I also prefer [name]October[/name] nn [name]Toby[/name] on a boy, but yeah, I can see it working on a girl.
I love it. I only like [name]October[/name] for a girl, and [name]Toby[/name] is a good nickname.
