I voted for [name_u]Micah[/name_u]. I have never considered this name Jewish, maybe only Biblical. I see it as similar to [name_u]Michael[/name_u], which is mainstream rather than just Biblical.

My vote went to Luca. I think the name is sweet, yet sturdy and straightforward enough to be said and spelled correctly and not be seen as ‘too unusual’, but is still not overly common.

Micah comes in at #2 on your list for me.

I personally like [name_u]Jace[/name_u] best, maybe [name_m]Jonathan[/name_m] and then NN [name_u]Jace[/name_u]? My second choice would be [name_u]Luca[/name_u].

Behindthename.com defines [name_u]Jace[/name_u] as a nickname for [name_m]Jason[/name_m], and [name_m]Jax[/name_m] as a nickname for [name_m]Jackson[/name_m].

I do understand the appeal, but both feel too modern-invented and insubstantial for my own personal taste.

[name_m]Austin[/name_m] is a particularly handsome name that, for me, has a strong association to the mid-1990’s, when it was the ninth most popular name in the United States.

Here in the United States, as well, [name_u]Luca[/name_u] and [name_u]Micah[/name_u] are briskly climbing the popularity ladder, becoming more fashionable every year.

[name_u]Micah[/name_u]'s currently at #107; [name_u]Luca[/name_u]'s at #202.

They are definitely among the cool-named kids in school.

I love the name [name_m]Jackson[/name_m] but our last name ends with “-son” so [name_m]Jason[/name_m], [name_m]Jackson[/name_m] and other “son” names are not an option. I’ve always liked the name [name_m]Austin[/name_m] but I associate it with the 90’s also.
I’m hoping my husband will get on board with the name [name_u]Luca[/name_u]. I’m warming to [name_u]Jace[/name_u] as an option as well.
