I’ve been struggling with a couple names at the top of my list, both of which seem perfect but there are associations with both that have recently been stressing me out. On my girls list, this wouldn’t be a problem because there are lots and lots of names I could love instead.
But I don’t love boy names. Not really even mine.
And this has made me stress about the rest of my boys list. I’m considering scrapping it… but if I don’t like boy names, that might leave me without a list entirely.
I can’t fall in love with boy names like I can with girls. Most of the names on my boys list are inspired by a character in some way, while most of the names on my girls list are names I heard and could picture on a daughter of mine. I can’t picture my son—I’m almost scared to try. I can’t picture his name.

I like softer and unisex names but I tend to favor the NB favorites here ([name_u]Rowan[/name_u], [name_u]Sasha[/name_u], [name_u]Bellamy[/name_u]) for girls
I tend to like modern names only for boys. I don’t like vintage, old fashioned, or nickname names
Please, nothing Biblical or religious, even in meaning. If you can think of a religious association behind the name, I don’t want to consider it, even if I can’t think of one
I’m interested in new or foreign word names
Avoid the US top 100. I’ve seen all the names there and I wouldn’t use most of them
Nothing too macho or overly masculine
What names would you suggest if I were to scrap everything? TIA

Like you, I have a hard loving boys names too. There’s so few that actually keep my attention and feel like something I could name a son.
Sasha is my absolute favourite though, it’s such a shame you prefer it for a girl!
