I like [name]Elise[/name] more, but out of the two I would go with [name]Elyse[/name].

Yes we like very unique names and we have agreed on her first name but still deciding on a mn.
I like [name]Elise[/name], I usually go for the most classic spelling, but especially with such a unique fn.
