[name]Lola[/name] Kofflin is a tongue-twister due to that hidden 'L" in Kofflin

I find [name]Freya[/name] Kofflin very easy to say, and enjoy the surprise of [name]Freya[/name], but “[name]Freya[/name] [name]Alice[/name]” is quite difficult to pronounce quickly given the two liquid consonants (R and L) in the first sounds of each.

The combination with the most liquid flow for all three names, as well as first + last name, is [name]Phoebe[/name] [name]Alice[/name] Kofflin.

And, I know I said this in your earlier thread, but the sprightly sunny feel of [name]Phoebe[/name] plus cool little [name]Alice[/name] does a great deal to lighten a heavy Germanic last name.

I voted [name]Phoebe[/name] [name]Alice[/name]. Two of my fav names! My second pick would be [name]Heidi[/name].

[name]Phoebe[/name] [name]Alice[/name] gets my vote! I think it has the best flow with your “surname”.

[name]Phoebe[/name] is definitely my favourite. It’s feminine without being frilly, it’s not overly-used, and it’s so sweet. Plus is sounds great with your surname.

I still like [name]Heidi[/name] best and [name]Phoebe[/name] second best.

I don’t like [name]Lola[/name] or [name]Freya[/name] at all.

Thanks guys * Our name is actually Irish-Coughlan (but pronounced Kofflin and if I wrote the proper spelling people often think it is Coglin)…If that makes the flow different for anyone. The reality is that the middle name here in NZ hardly gets used so it is not a major but the first and last name need to flow. :slight_smile:

I didn’t vote because I can’t choose between [name]Lola[/name] [name]Alice[/name] and [name]Phoebe[/name] [name]Alice[/name]! I like [name]Phoebe[/name] [name]Alice[/name] better as a combo, but I like [name]Lola[/name] much better as a FN. :slight_smile:
