My previous post had the name Thomasinn [name_u]Roy[/name_u], but then I was informed that Thomasinn was actually a GIRL name and not a boy name, so that was… unfortunate.
But now I have two options:
Finnegan [name_u]Roy[/name_u]
or
Benedict [name_u]Roy[/name_u]
I like [name_m]Ben[/name_m] and [name_u]Finn[/name_u] equally as nicknames, but I think I prefer [name_m]Benedict[/name_m]. However, the flow of [name_m]Finnegan[/name_m] [name_u]Roy[/name_u] seems nicer.
I prefer [name_m]Finnegan[/name_m] over [name_m]Benedict[/name_m] and [name_u]Finn[/name_u] over [name_m]Ben[/name_m], but I think they flow equally well.
Finnegan [name_u]Roy[/name_u] and [name_m]Benedict[/name_m] [name_u]Roy[/name_u] flow pretty much identically, having the same cadence and number of syllables and no clashing sounds.
I think [name_m]Benedict[/name_m] [name_u]Roy[/name_u] sounds very handsome and distinguished, while [name_m]Finnegan[/name_m] [name_u]Roy[/name_u] sounds fresh and lively. I prefer [name_u]Finn[/name_u] over [name_m]Ben[/name_m], but [name_m]Benedict[/name_m] could also be [name_m]Ned[/name_m] which I love!
I think my vote goes to [name_m]Finnegan[/name_m] [name_u]Roy[/name_u] by a whisker, just because [name_m]Finnegan[/name_m] is so fun to say, but both are wonderful.
Ohhh [name_m]Finnegan[/name_m] [name_u]Roy[/name_u] sounds very cool and handsome! I prefer it over [name_m]Benedict[/name_m] since I’ve been crushing on [name_m]Finnian[/name_m] myself lately.
