What other 2 syllable names should I consider?
I want another daughter so badly, and [name]Elsa[/name] is going to be her name! However, I don’t think either option is actually wise being that it’s sooooooooooooo close. I really loved [name]Elyse[/name] also but had to scratch it because of that same issue. Although I found [name]Esme[/name] to be a viable option (in the unlikely event of twin girls). I picked [name]Esme[/name] just because I thought it sounded great with [name]Elsa[/name] and isn’t too close, but close enough. I love the flow of those together.
I love your daughter’s name! I also love [name]Iris[/name] and [name]Alice[/name], but I agree with the pp that [name]Alice[/name] is too close. [name]Elsa[/name] and [name]Iris[/name] could work, for me, anyway.
I can’t really think of any other options that work well that might suit your style–what about [name]Aurelia[/name] or [name]Bryony[/name]? I can see them fitting well with [name]Elsa[/name].

I love [name]Aurelia[/name] too, you can pretty much hand me any A name and I love it. It might be a better option for her than another E like I suggested.
Oooh I thought of another: [name]Ingrid[/name]. I think it’s gorgeous and it has the same feel as [name]Elsa[/name] without being anything close in spelling or sound.
I like [name]Iris[/name] better.

My pick from thos two is [name]Iris[/name]. I actually prefer [name]Alice[/name], but it does sound very similar to [name]Elsa[/name]. Which is also lovely

I like [name]Alice[/name] as a name, but do agree with the above that [name]Iris[/name] works better with a sibset. I also like the suggestion of [name]Ida[/name] too. Some other possibilities:

I love both fairly equally, so the fact that [name]Elsa[/name] and [name]Alice[/name] are to close in my opinion, makes the decision for me.
