Olivia vs Emma vs Quinn

Hello Berries,

We have narrowed down our list to these three names. I want to know your opinion on all three of these names and which one you like best. I also want to have a name that fits in with siblings [name_u]Tyler[/name_u] and [name_u]Alex[/name_u] ([name_m]Alexander[/name_m]).

Thank you

They’re certainly popular. #1, #2, and a trendy #79. I think [name_f]Emma[/name_f] is the most classic, but there are a lot of them. [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] might feel a bit dated in a couple decades if the popularity drops off, and I think [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] will join the ranks of [name_f]Rhonda[/name_f] as a generation specific name.

I think [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] goes best with [name_u]Tyler[/name_u] and [name_u]Alex[/name_u]. It is definitely popular, but it’s been around a long time.

I think [name_f]Emma[/name_f] is classic like [name_u]Alex[/name_u]. My next choice would be [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]. I don’t like [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] for your sibset and I agree with @electric_sheep that since it’s the most trendy, it’ll probably be the most time stamped.

I like [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] because it’s different. There are so many [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]'s and [name_f]Emma[/name_f]'s. That being said, I do think [name_f]Emma[/name_f] is more classic than [name_f]Olivia[/name_f].

Personally, I think [name_f]Emma[/name_f] works best in the sibset. They are all pretty popular names for girls right now. I feel like [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] is the outlier here. It doesn’t seem to fit with the others stylistically. If you don’t have a middle picked yet maybe you could do something like [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u].

I like [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] since you don’t hear it quite as often but I’m not sure it does with your sibset (although I don’t think this should necessarily stop you if you love a name). I prefer [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] to [name_f]Emma[/name_f], although both are really popular right now.

[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] for sure.

I agree with this totally.

[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] is my personal favorite. Followed by [name_f]Emma[/name_f] and then [name_u]Quinn[/name_u].

I feel like [name_f]Emma[/name_f] and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] are too popular. [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] is an uncommon but still very pretty name. I feel like [name_f]Emma[/name_f] and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] will be outdated and won’t be popular names in a couple years, while [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] will stay classy and cool for much longer. I also like the ring of [name_u]Tyler[/name_u], [name_m]Alexander[/name_m], and [name_u]Quinn[/name_u]. [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] is a cute nickname for [name_u]Quinn[/name_u], which I personally like better than [name_f]Em[/name_f] for [name_f]Emma[/name_f] or [name_f]Liv[/name_f] for [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]. That’s my rant about why I like [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] better than [name_f]Emma[/name_f] or [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], I hope it helps. :grinning:

I would assume that [name_u]Alex[/name_u] and [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] were brothers, sorry! My pick is [name_f]Emma[/name_f], although [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] would also fit well. I am not as concerned with popularity as some other Berries are, but I would love to suggest [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] as an alternative to [name_f]Emma[/name_f], if that helps at all.

Good luck

Both [name_f]Emma[/name_f] and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] go beautifully with [name_u]Tyler[/name_u] and [name_u]Alex[/name_u]. [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] doesn’t quite “fit” in my opinion.

[name_f]Emma[/name_f] is my favorite
