I am not french and I may be wrong, but I pronounce it as [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] but [name_m]Veer[/name_m] at the end (like how you pronounce Vera)

my first association is olivier salad, which is pronounced o-LIV-yeh in russian, so like that 
but knowing it’s meant to be french, i’d say o-liv-ee-AY
This name is on my list as it’s a street in the historic neighborhood I (and my family) grew up in, so it’s a nod to my heritage. It’s pronounced roughly like oh-liv-ee-ay here.
