On a mission to find a name to honor my mother! Her name is [name]Ann[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name]. While I think [name]Ann[/name] is a simple but beautiful name my husband and I have a more classic quirky taste in names. Examples our top picks right now:
Girls
[name]Frances[/name] [name]Ann[/name] nn [name]Fritzi[/name]
[name]Lucille[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] nn [name]Lucy[/name]
[name]Iris[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name]
Boys
[name]Edward[/name] [name]Charles[/name]/McBride nn [name]Ward[/name]
[name]Byron[/name] [name]Charles[/name]
[name]Conrad[/name] [name]James[/name]
We have a daughter named [name]Emery[/name] [name]Jane[/name] (both family names). [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Ann[/name] is my name and will not work. Any variation of [name]Elizabeth[/name] as a first name is a no. I would prefer a A E combination. I had always intended to name my daughter [name]Ava[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] but [name]Ava[/name] is way too popular now. I know my top 3 girl names do honor my mothers name in one way or another but I want it to be more direct! :). If we want with [name]Ann[/name] as a first I wouldn’t need an E middle name but it would have to quirky and cute (I can’t seem to find the right fit). I have considered [name]Ada[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] and Annabeth (can’t think of middle name). Anything ending in [name]EL[/name] doesn’t work with our last name. OK! Get after it!
