I personally like [name_f]Solina[/name_f] guess it just rolls off my tongue a lil better, and I love Soleila some alternatives to Solaya are Soleia or Solaia.
[name_f]Solina[/name_f]. It’s more intuitive to say. I haven’t heard this name ever, so it does sound like a twist on [name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] or [name_f]Paulina[/name_f], I feel like it takes away from [name_m]Sol[/name_m], which is the part you’re more in love with.
I’m sure you’ve been through all of the [name_m]Sol[/name_m] variations, but wanted to put in a good word for [name_f]Solveig[/name_f] ([name_m]Sol[/name_m]-vy as in eye, means ‘Daughter of the [name_f]Sun[/name_f]’ [name_u]LOVE[/name_u]) or [name_f]Marisol[/name_f].
They are both beautiful, but I like [name_f]Solina[/name_f] better. I think it’s gorgeous. Solaya is nice too, but I think [name_f]Solina[/name_f] is a bit more wearable, even if only just a smudge.
Thanks so much! I had been leaning toward [name_f]Solina[/name_f], except that I thought it sounded too much like the [name_f]Paulina[/name_f]/[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] names, which I don’t particularly like. Does it come across this way for everyone??? Does Solaya/Soleia sound more elegant, vs. [name_f]Solina[/name_f] sounding ‘cutesy’ or like a doll?
Between [name_f]Solina[/name_f] and Solaya, I’d go for [name_f]Solina[/name_f]. I keep reading Solaya as so-LEYE-uh.
I wanted to suggest [name_f]Solene[/name_f]/[name_f]Solenne[/name_f], pronounced so-LEHN. I prefer it without the -a, but [name_f]Solena[/name_f] also sounds quite pretty.
