We are expecting our 3rd baby in [name]August[/name] … It’s another boy (we are thrilled)
But we cannot agree on any names… We want to keep it at just one syllable like his older brothers ([name]Lex[/name] 3 & [name]Ace[/name] 18months) and we also don’t want names that are too common or popular ( like to be a bit different).
The names on our short list are …
Bam (as in Bam Margeira - hubby’s fave)
[name]Beau[/name] (my fave but know a little girl called beau, don’t want the same as anyone I know)

I really like [name]Jude[/name], but I don’t think it goes that well with your other two. [name]Fox[/name] is pretty cool, but has the same ending as [name]Lex[/name], so it almost sounds like too much. Out of your options, I think I like [name]Roux[/name] the best, but it also makes me think of [name]Rue[/name] from Hunger Games, so that would depend on if it bothered you. If it does bother you, then I would go with [name]Nash[/name].
I can’t think of any one syllable names off the too of my head at the moment, but I will post back if I do!

I love all these suggestions! The only one I can think to add is [name]Mac[/name]. Similar to [name]Max[/name] but I think it’s a little spunkier and more unique which makes if fit better with super cool [name]Lex[/name] and [name]Ace[/name].

Someone here mentioned [name]Tyr[/name] once, and I really like it. I have loved [name]Lon[/name] for a while, but DH doesn’t like it as much. Oh, just thought of a couple more: [name]Todd[/name] and [name]Keith[/name]. Well known, but not used very often any more.
[name]Lex[/name], [name]Ace[/name] and [name]Beau[/name] sounds so cool - but obviously if you don’t want to use [name]Beau[/name] then I guess that’s out.
[name]Jude[/name] is one of my favourite boys names but it seems too normal to go with [name]Lex[/name] and [name]Ace[/name].
[name]Knox[/name], [name]Roux[/name] and [name]Fox[/name] are pretty cool - love [name]Knox[/name] - but then [name]Ace[/name] seems a little odd with other names ending in an ‘x’.
I like [name]Jude[/name] (but seems a little conservative somehow with big brothers), [name]Fox[/name], [name]Nash[/name] and [name]Knox[/name] from your list but don’t really like the repeating x ending. That leaves [name]Nash[/name] I guess.
I like the suggestion of [name]Bram[/name], could even use the nn Bam with it.
If you were to go with [name]Beau[/name], I think the spelling [name]Bo[/name] looks better with [name]Lex[/name] and [name]Ace[/name] because it looks [name]WAY[/name] tougher.

From your list I love Beau, Knox, and Roux. I think Fox goes best with the sibset if that’s your main concern. Please, anything but Spike. No offense to anyone, but Spike should strictly be used as a nn or for a dog. Spike would be a great name for a tough-looking dog. Actually wasn’t there a vampire character from Buffy the Vampire Slayer named Spike, very blond hair, little guy?
