Are they too similar for siblings?

I really love them 
they audibly sound too similar but in terms of popularity i think they’re wildly different which makes them (imo) a bit incohesive (i’ve met 3 ophelias, ages ~14, 12, & 5, whereas outside of nb i’ve never even heard of any ilithyias).
You could use one as a first name and one as a middle maybe?
People use similar sounding names for their children a lot. In my family, we have 3 siblings whose names are 2 syllables, begin with C and end with the ee sound! It’s natural to gravitate towards particular sounds and syllables that you like. I think you just have to decide if the names are distinct to you, and/or if it bothers you that they are similar. Is it just other people’s opinions that worry you or something more?
They’re a bit similar, but I personally find them fine

At first glance I would have said you could get away with it despite them being very similar but the more I read them together the more mixed up and tongue tied I’m getting.
I don’t think they sound too similar for sisters at all! However, their differences in popularity do strike me. Not a dealbreaker, necessarily.
