We had a lot of trouble deciding between those two names for our daughter [name_f]Cate[/name_f]'s middle name, so I know how tough it is to pick between them!
I like them both with different sets of your names. I like [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] with [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f], [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], [name_f]Elise[/name_f], and [name_f]Violet[/name_f], and prefer [name_f]Octavia[/name_f] with [name_f]Isla[/name_f], [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f], [name_f]Zinnia[/name_f], and [name_f]Primrose[/name_f]. (And I’m not sure I would pair [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] with either, but that may be just because [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] was our third pick for [name_f]Cate[/name_f]'s middle name, so all three names sound rather similar to me.) I wouldn’t use [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] and [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] together due to the matching -lia endings, and I avoided pairing [name_f]Octavia[/name_f] with [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] and [name_f]Violet[/name_f] because that seems a little heavy on the v’s.
[name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f]! (Despite the [name_m]Shakespeare[/name_m] association.) [name_f]Octavia[/name_f] honestly just reminds me of the number 8 and I can’t get past that :/.
