We have a working boy name list now, but I want to know what you think. Which names you like, one’s you don’t, one’s that work with our girl list, anything like that I want to hear it. I also need help matching middle names. (any boy firsts could be used as middles) I need help with a middle for Jessa as well.

As far as your names going together, I’m not sure that they do. That doesn’t have to be a bad thing really, just that your taste is broad. [name_f]Olena[/name_f] sounds Eastern European and [name_u]Robin[/name_u] was most popular in the 50s. [name_m]Don[/name_m]'t see why they couldn’t be siblings though! [name_f]Olena[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_u]Robin[/name_u] [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] are really cute. Or [name_m]Luke[/name_m] [name_m]Griffin[/name_m] and [name_f]Jessa[/name_f] [name_f]May[/name_f].
Your picks are actually my favorite. I love [name_u]Robin[/name_u] and [name_m]Hadrian[/name_m]. [name_m]Hadrian[/name_m] could run into issues though, with people mishearing it as [name_m]Adrian[/name_m]. I think [name_u]Robin[/name_u] is so great and fresh-sounding on boys.
I like [name_u]James[/name_u]. If he ends up going by a nickname I think [name_u]Jamie[/name_u] is really cute and works at every age.

I’ve had so many people suggest [name_f]Olena[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] that I just might bite it and use the same middle for two names (we probably wouldn’t use [name_f]Olena[/name_f] and [name_f]Jaclyn[/name_f] together anyway). [name_f]Jaclyn[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is after my husbands friend who died in a car crash just before we met and I’m leaving that name up to him.
@tavy I like Jessa Claire and Jessa Louise actually. I’m not really a fan of Louise generally so I hadn’t even considered it.

My uncle’s name is [name_u]Jessie[/name_u], so while we like it, we can’t use it. [name_f]Jessa[/name_f] is the only name we can agree on with that sound.

@shotsygirl the middle names list are names that we don’t really like as first names, but would be ok with as middles or have some kind of meaning ([name_m]William[/name_m] is my husbands middle name, [name_m]Cooper[/name_m] my grandmother’s maiden name, [name_u]Jean[/name_u] is a family name, ect.) also, I don’t like nicknames so I’m trying to stay away from names that end up that way. ([name_m]Zachary[/name_m], [name_m]Alexander[/name_m], [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m], ect.)
I know I have a slightly odd taste in girl names. the two more traditional names are my husbands influence, and some of my more outlandish ones were vetoed. So that’s fine if you don’t have much to say about them lol.
