Opinions and/or Suggestions

[name]Hi[/name]! I’m new on the forum, and I’m extremely excited to be here! First off, I’ve been a name nerd for a year or so now. Secondly, I’m not pregnant, or anywhere close to conceiving. But, just like many of you, I still love to pick out names and find new name loves and combos! (My SO finds my ‘interest’ cute and allows me to talk about it ever-so-often.)
Anyways, he sometimes gives me suggestions, which I love, and his latest is “[name]Rosie[/name]”. I would want a longer name as her first, then to just give her the nickname “[name]Rosie[/name]”. But…I have just come to stand still in that process. I can’t decide on which of these two names is better:
[name]Rosalie[/name] ([name]Rosa[/name]-LIE, not lee. I don’t particularly like “[name]Rosa[/name]-lee”.)
or
Rosalise/Rosaliese ([name]Rosa[/name]-lee-c, almost like [name]Anneliese[/name].)

Please help! Give me your honest opinions on what you think and which one you like more. (I have no middle names yet, but suggestions would be very greatly appreciated, not to mention absolutely lovely!)
Thank you very much!
(To give you a hint of our naming style, we have two Furbabies: (pug) [name]Pip[/name]/[name]Pippa[/name] [name]Hermione[/name], and (Munchkin cat) [name]Starla[/name].)

I like [name]Rosalie[/name] better. But, if you ever used it be prepared to constantly tell people it’s pronounced [name]Rosa[/name]-lie…not [name]Rosa[/name]-lee.

I think Rosaliese is a really pretty idea. I would steer clear of [name]Rosalie[/name] if you will be particular about the pronunciation; I believe most people will instinctively say [name]ROSE[/name]-uh-lee. Have you considered [name]Rosaline[/name], [name]Rosalyn[/name], or [name]Rosemarie[/name]? Middle name ideas:

Rosaliese [name]Elnora[/name]
Rosaliese [name]Amelia[/name]
Rosaliese [name]Winola[/name]
Rosaliese [name]Priscilla[/name]

[name]Just[/name] so you know, there’s like a hundred [name]Rose[/name]- variants. From the two you listed, I like Rosaliese better because you definitely don’t hear it every day. But it’s not my favorite version. Here are some random ones, just in case you’re interested.
[name]Rosa[/name]
[name]Rose[/name]
[name]Rosemary[/name]
[name]Rosalina[/name]
[name]Rosalia[/name]
[name]Rosaria[/name]
[name]Rosalina[/name]
Rosabel
[name]Rosalind[/name]
[name]Rosamund[/name]
[name]Rosella[/name]/[name]Roselle[/name]
[name]Rosetta[/name]
Roseline
[name]Rosalba[/name]
Rosalita

Because Rosaliese isn’t something that’s been really used before it has that smooshy [name]Renesmee[/name] feel for me.
I’d personally do a double-barreled name to get there: [name]Rose[/name]-[name]Elise[/name]

I agree with the others that changing the pronunciation of [name]Rosalie[/name] will just mean correcting everyone she meets forever.

I like [name]Rosaline[/name] for you.
