[name_u]Aidan[/name_u]-- not a fan of this name or anything rhyming with it. They have been super trendy in the past decade and are on their way out. You probably won’t find much love for those names on this site in general.
[name_m]Benjamin[/name_m]- classic and perfectly lovely but doesn’t have that certain “something” that would put it on my list of favorites
[name_m]Eli[/name_m]- cute but not my favorite. Would you go with a full(er) name ([name_m]Elijah[/name_m], [name_u]Ellis[/name_u], [name_u]Elias[/name_u], [name_u]Elliot[/name_u]?)
[name_m]Eric[/name_m]- not a huge fan. Very 80s to me (in the way that [name_m]Zach[/name_m] and [name_f]Jennifer[/name_f] are very 80s).

[name_u]Jude[/name_u]- adore this. probably my favorite on your list
[name_u]Mason[/name_u]- not a big fan. The Kardashians ruined it for me. Also, I’m (personally) over the occupation-as-name trend

[name_m]Warren[/name_m]- could be cute or could be kind of tough for a kid to have for a name. I keep thinking of [name_m]Warren[/name_m] G. [name_m]Harding[/name_m]. It’s just SO grown up.
Hands down favorite from your list is [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m]. Classic and strong sounding with good nicknames should he or you want one. Super cute on a little boy, but great to grow into as well.

I truly love [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m], [name_m]Eli[/name_m], [name_u]Jude[/name_u], and [name_m]Tobias[/name_m]. [name_u]Aidan[/name_u] and [name_u]Mason[/name_u] seem really trendy. [name_m]Eric[/name_m] seems a little outdated. And while I [name_f]LOVE[/name_f] [name_m]Hugo[/name_m], I’m less fond of [name_m]Hugh[/name_m]. It just feels abrupt or incomplete.
[name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] is wonderful, as is [name_m]Hugh[/name_m].
[name_m]Eli[/name_m] sounds to me like a foreman at a factory. Big and strong, in overalls.
[name_u]Jude[/name_u] is sexy, like [name_u]Jude[/name_u] [name_m]Law[/name_m]. It honestly sounds a bit edgy for your self-described tastes.
I love [name_u]Mason[/name_u], but it is too popular for many.
[name_u]Toby[/name_u] is cute.
[name_m]Warren[/name_m] is a cool name, like it a lot.
The only ones I dislike are [name_u]Aiden[/name_u] (way too [name_u]Jayden[/name_u]/[name_m]Caden[/name_m]/[name_m]Braden[/name_m] for my taste) and [name_m]Eric[/name_m], which I flat out detest (knew a bad one or two!).

To me, those three are particularly handsome and wonderful. Although, there are many many [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m]'s in the world, and my DH with this name finds that the inevitable [name_m]Ben[/name_m] nickname sounds kiddy as an adult.
[name_u]Aidan[/name_u] - I like it but is it very popular? I only met one [name_u]Aidan[/name_u] in person though.
